The Big Orange Box Store sold me paint 15 years ago.The leftover cans still had the paint code tickers on them.After 3 trips & attempts, The Big Orange Box Store was unable to match the color that they had sold me in 2010 – but charged me $50 anyway.1 trip to S/W on Meacham, and in 15 minutes, Dustin S. & Ken C. had me sorted out and on my way.Lesson Learned - Buy paint at a paint store, & this is a good one.

Great location and FANTASTIC associates!!! I went in today very frazzled and all the employees were so sweet and so kind and so helpful it really made my day. Joe helped me out and he was so patient, extremely knowledgeable, gave me great advice, and made the whole experience just wonderful. I’m very grateful to them and will definitely be back for all my paint needs

Called around to a couple of Sherwin-Williams stores none of them seem to know anything about paint. Exception this store was very knowledgeable and the people were very friendly. Had to drive a little further (from Palatine) but worth the ride.
