Very friendly staff, excellent communication throughout the repair.
Car was returned very clean.
Repairs done in a very timely manner.
Had one very minor issue at time of pickup, they were very apologetic and understanding and corrected the issue overnight.
Overall a very good place for having your car repaired. I highly recommend this shop.

This was a while ago, but I got in a fender bender that required work to be done on my car. After I dropped the car off, they had it for just about the amount of time they told me, we’re very transparent on what they were doing, and my car ran great after. I’d recommend them to anyone who needs auto body work.

Schaeffer Auto in Elk Grove Village, IL ~ are an excellent auto repair shop. They fixed my car in under a week. Even though we’re all experiencing delays on certain vehicle parts due to all of the strikes, they were able to obtain the necessary parts and repair my vehicle pretty quickly. I didn’t even have to go through the hassle of making any payments because they handled everything with the insurance company. And the insurance company paid them directly. Schaeffer also went ahead and scheduled a rental car for me which picked me up directly from their shop at the same time that I dropped off my car. And when my car was ready, I just dropped off the rental at Schaeffer and the rental car company came and picked up their car.Schaeffer also buffed out the rest of my car that had minor scratches, washed and vacuumed everything nicely too. The service was outstanding, keeping me updated on the progress. David O’Brien, was very helpful, professional and knowledgeable. He explained how the process worked.
