Been using Runco for probably over 20 years. Worked at a law firm in Des Plaines and now work from home. Fantastic employees who go above and beyond. Had supplies delivered this morning right to my condo door which is through 3 doors. Delivery people are always courteous and will put the heavy stuff where ever you want. Keep up the great work.

We use Runco for our office. They have a good variety of products, and the delivery is always fast. Website is a bit clunky but it works as intended. Their customer service is what I really appreciate. You can call them about your order and always get a real person to talk to. They are responsive to questions or problems and have always been very polite and helpful to me on the phone. Would very much recommend!

Been using Runco for probably over 20 years if not more. Most of their prices can't be beat and if not, call them. Delivery service is exceptional. They go above and beyond if you have a problem with the order. Also, great to support a local business.

This company holds your money hostage for a sale they can't even complete. I ordered merchandise from their website that was listed as in stock. An authorization was placed on my card for the amount of the sale. Two-days later Runco emailed me and told me they cancelled the sale because they didn't have the product in stock. I'm still waiting for a refund.

I was headed home from work and in need of a last minute gift which happened to be some ultra fine point markers. I called to see if they were in stock and found out that Runco no longer has a retail store, but Phil and his team had no problem filling my one piece order with a smile. I would highly recommend Runco for your office supply needs, big or small!

I cannot praise this place enough. At a critical moment, we ran out of toner (don't ask) and our rep found some and delivered it to us within 2 hours. This kind of service is why we stay with them. It isn't about price; it's about service and Runco has the best!!!

Our company have been working with Runco for all of our supply needs for over 26 years. When we first started out, 26 years ago, no one knew of us so, it was hard to get a supplier. We found Runco in the yellow pages and they provided us with quick service, great prices, top of the line products and a great staff. We've been with them every since and have not looked back. I like working with this company because they provide one on one service. When you call, you do not get bogged down with a recording and if you need to speak with the owner, no problem. If I order my supplies today, I wouldn't be surprised to get them the very next day. They provide FREE & FAST delivery. Vanessa
