I could hear some staff members in the back arguing about who would go out and help the customer. They were more interested in selling me a new boot rather than fixing my issue. Instead, I went over to Grove shoe repair, where the staff was extremely helpful.

Best boot buying experience I have ever had. Very HONEST, patient, and helpful staff. Amicable and attentive. Not pushy at all. Very knowledgeable about everything they sell. Very large selection of items in stock.I called in advance, and requested that they hold 2 different pairs of boots for me, as they only had 1 pair left of each in my size... the young lady on the phone, was not there when I arrived later that day. But she left the boots right by the front door for me, with my name on them.I tried on several other pairs of boots as well, several times each. Drew was very patient, and I could tell, that he wanted to make sure I was 100% content with my choice. He didn't try to upset me into more expensive boots that had features I didn't need. I spent about 30 minutes deciding between 2 different pairs of boots, and I didn't feel rushed at all... even though the store was closing within the hour.I will only go to this Red Wing store from here on out... and there are several other locations much closer to me. Ended my visit with a handshake from Drew, the gentleman that helped me. This store, raises the bar for how every business should be run, in my humble opinion. This location is the epitome of an "American owned and operated" company.I am very happy with my entire experience, and with the boots I chose. Thank you again, Drew! I hope to do business with you again in the future.I am a customer for life.

Great service, great shoes. The lady attending the story was helpful, attentive, and cared to make sure I got shoes I'd love. I was willing to compromise on my wants and she went above and beyond to exceed that. Will definitely return in the future.

Couldn't be happier about my experience here. Came in for Redwing model 2280 King Toe boots and left with the highest level of confidence that I got fully measured and fitted for what I need in a good work boot. My boots were even already set up with Tuff Toe I had mentioned about getting put on 3 days prior. Excellent service and selection all around.
