I have cancer, my meds. take out protein/electrolytes from my body. This is perfect. It taste great and gives me extra protein without being full or my stomach hurting. I'm so happy this product it out there. Start sending this to cancer treatment centers it would be amazing. Plus it's gluten free, lactose free and kosher is a bonus for me. 150% great product..
