“I have bern living in Bellwood for 20years. I feel that the regular postal employees do an excellent job. They are friendly and know the neighborhood customers by face. Yes, there have been an occasional mishaps, but we are all human. I appreciate the job they do.”
“This location is right downtown (historic building) and is one of the more sizeable in Wheaton. There was hardly a wait even though I visited during a rush period. The service was phenomenal and the postal clerk took the time to review my passport renewal materials and offered me all the mailing options so that I could make the best choice. “I love going to this post office. It's very convenient to my home and the man that is usually there when I go is very friendly, helpful and appears to enjoy his job. He always suggest ways to ship for less and always has a smile on his face. I asked about holiday stamps and he went out of his way to find some for me. Overall, a very pleasant experience every time I go to drop a package or letter to be mailed.”

“Lovely staff always. I accidentally dropped off a package in the 24hr drop box with the wrong label on it. Oh no! I came in when the post office opened to hopefully correct my error. The staff member (I forgot her name) was kind enough to go through all the packages to find mine. There were a lot... I had shipped four separate items, and she got them all for me. I found the one with the wrong label, and was able to put the correct label on it. Then shipped it off! This was totally my mistake. So I greatly appreciate all the help I received. Thank you!”
“I had the pleasure of working with Gale on a package of mine that was having issues being shipped from my post office. She followed up with me everyday on updates and eventually got it worked out to be delivered. She was so great to work with, almost would'nt mind if another package was delayed going to her location! haha. Thanks again Gale!”

“The Clerk there was very nice and efficient this was my first time walking inside. The gentleman that was in line before me seemingly had a lot of the same questions the clerk was patient at least I thought she was patient and very attentive to his questions . I just needed a stamped envelope nonetheless This location gets a five-star customer service rating .”
“I have to say every time Monique has been at the counter, service has been greater than I’ve experienced in the past. I was there again today and she deserves to be recognized. As a customer service leader for over 25 years, she is someone who has the qualities I would want on my team!”
“I never been to this location. I was in the area and decided to stop in and send my package. Customer Service was nice. Clerks were very knowledgeable and professional with dealing with the ignorance of a rude customer. While waiting in line, I witnessed a customer be very rude to the clerk in which she didn’t raise her voice or stoop to the customer’s level. I’m very impressed on how the cashier handled the situation. There are some extremely obnoxious people in the world and love to come and ruin the happiness of others. Some people are angry without cause. I will definitely come back to this post office.”
“I went 5/7 to do the paperwork to get my son his passport. Michael was there to help. I noticed that he was like that with everyone that came in which was a great thing to see as not all USPS workers are nice( I have experience first hand the unwelcome feeling) .Thank you Michael for being kind!”
“This post office is my favorite, as long as you go through the week. If you go on saturday you will have opposite experience. The lady that works on the weekend does anything she can to do as little as possible. Through the week the employees are so nice and make sure to put the tracking, shipping labels and or postage on my packages themselves ensuring it is done right, weekend lady makes you figure it out and then gets rude when it isnt how she says its supposed to be and says cant be sent that way. I even watched her make a woman black out and rewrite the address because it was "upside down" as if they keep your packages neatly stacked and dont just throw them around. Im pretty sure on that rare occasion they need to turn or flip a box to read address ?? will never visit on a saturday again if i can avoid it.”
“Went to send a package from here and it was phenomenal that it got delivered earlier than expected. The lady working there was really nice (loved her hair) and was able to help with what I needed.
The only negative thing here is that they really need more than one person working at the office. Services are slow because of this.”

“My apt has a broken mailbox -picked up my mail from post office asked if todays mail would be in there -he told me yes -got home, it wasn’t. Went back later in day to see if it was there. The supervisor was in the front so the man directed me to her since he didn’t want to check… SHE WAS THE BEST! Went above and beyond she called my mail lady to see if she had mail for me and she did -she took my number and is calling me when she gets there, I am beyond impressed. She could’ve brushed me off but made my day because I really need this piece of mail today va waiting til Monday! Thank you so much”

“Great location, if one wants to mail directly instead of via local mailboxes. Usually not crowded, patient and helpful staff; sometimes busy at holidays or weekends but reliable. Nice variety of stamps available plus reliable service. Got solid advice from helpful staff recently on mail security and potential check fraud and unusual mail delays. Ideal place at slow times to get answers and informed answers at on USPS certified mail and tracking packages or letters.Front and side entrance are OK. Now-gone parking in back was a huge plus, though.”

“Jessica was FABULOUSLY helpful. I was worried about shipping a flute and she was so calm and quick to help me with a smile and patience explaining the different shipping options. If all postal workers were positive/cheerful/ready and helpful like her- so many people would find themselves walking out with a smile each time they went to USPS.? ???? 5 stars, because this is the best service I’ve ever received at any USPS.I don’t remember names easily, so I went back in to see her name tag as she helped someone else in line. I hope her boss knows what an asset she is to their facility- she had a warm welcome for everyone who passed through the door, as the sole front desk employee this Friday afternoon.THANK YOU TREMENDOUSLY JESSICA, for helping me get a package ? on its way to NJ. ?? “I had a problem with a delivery and called the post office and they did an exceptional job of getting involved and located with a distant neighbor who was not helpful until the post office explained it was a crime to keep the package. I have used this post office frequently and they are always nice and responsive. I have spoken to the supervisor about their great attitude and helpfulness.”
“I just went to this USPS location to mail my passport renewal and was assisted by Sheri who was extremely kind and helpful. She helped review my documents to make sure they were complete and walked me through what to expect with the renewal process. She made sure I was aware of my tracking number and how to obtain assistance if I need anything or have any issues. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would recommend this USPS location for your passport and mailing needs. Thanks, Sheri!”
“My package was there when they were shipped from overseas and it took a couple of days for it to move on but I don't blame them because from what I can tell on the reviews all the locals think positive of it and helpful, and the reason why the review is so low at 1.4 is because there's short-handed not enough staff in that small town.”
