Terrible manager Frank on a phone. Rude and defiantly answers according to the manual. Advised me that 3 trucks - 3 h waiting. Asked what type of labor those trucks needs so I can understand better wait or leave, said the same and informed me that I shouldn't ask such questions, a lot of general information without specifics. For sure being stubborn when you manager is more important than provide answers to customers.

Terrible service! My driver brought my trailer there for new tires and once he returned to our shop I realized they lost a stud and lug-nut. I had the driver return to Pomp’s with our receipt to replace the missing stud and lug-nut. They told me they didn’t replace those tires!!!! Unbelievable!!! Overpriced and unprofessional!!!! There are more professional and reasonable shops around. STAY AWAY!!!!

The rudest people I've ever talk to. They know they are needed for services but they take advantage of that. I don't need such a poor customer service, I much rather take my business elsewhere. Thanks for nothing rude guys, enjoy your miserable attitude making feel people bad.

Don't waist your time. Stuff doesn't know how to do alignment. Brought to their shop my volvo truck after replaced rear axles. Management start trash talking, "it can not be aligned, bla bla bla". This guys doesn't have knowledge what is mean alignment, I said as mechanic. If you don't know how to do alignment, please close shop and never try to collect money for nothing.
