I bought a laptop from this store at 602 pm on Wednesday. I discovered it was not powerful enough to meet my needs. When I brought it back the store at 3:00 the next day the manager refused the return because I did not have the box it came in. Thing is....THEY KEPT THE BOX WHEN I BOUGHT IT YESTERDAY!! This review is going to be posted on all social media.

I went for toner cartridges but they didn’t have enough of them for my printer. But, the price for what I was looking for was good.

Super friendly and helpful employees. Called ahead of time to see if a certain printer was in stock because of the trade-in discount they were running for older printers that could be applied towards a new one, which made the new printer I bought a great deal compared to other stores. Would definitely come back here again!

The best thing this location can do is close permanently!I drove 10 miles to get there on Thursday and it was 6:57pm, the security gate was down already and I explained I only needed Ink cartridges but they refused to let me in. So I ordered them on Amazon, saved $10, no shipping and they were delivered the next morning.So I drove there again today, yes, I’m a glutton for punishment! Brought back five ink cartridges because they said I would get $10 back good towards the purchase. Bought about $10 worth of paper goods and was told the $10 and was told it’s an online credit. At least that’s what I understood because I could barely understand what the cashier was saying.Today sealed the deal and I will be ordering office material online from this day forward!
