We had a wonderful experience with Nelson Westerberg movers. Our entire team of people (from our agent in the office, our packing and moving-out team, and our unloading team at our new residence) were all extremely courteous, helpful, knowledgeable and respectful of our belongings and our homes.

Some of my items are missing and broken. I feel I was overcharged because some of my items had 4 to 5 stickers on them and I think that was how I was charged by the number of stickers.

I had the best moving experience ever with Nelson Westerberg! The coordination of services was amazing. Tiffany Raphel, the National Account Move Coordinator, was incredibly responsive and helpful in scheduling everything. She even went above and beyond to make sure that my move went smoothly.
The day of the move, Dennis “Denny” Lewis and his crew of professionals arrived on time and were very efficient. They disconnected, packed, loaded and on the other end they unloaded, reconnected, and organized my belongings with care. I was impressed with their professionalism and attention to detail.
I would highly recommend Nelson Westerberg Illinois to anyone who is looking for a stress-free moving experience. They are a top-notch company with a team of experienced and dedicated professionals. I was very impressed with the entire moving process from start to finish.
