I was shocked to read a negative review of Lori Christensen’s service. I have dealt with her several times, and have referred her to many friends and colleagues, and have only received 5⭐️ service. Honest, Integrity, Knowledge, always going above and beyond.After seeing a negative review of her, I suspect that there must be another untold side of their stories. Perhaps something omitted or forgotten.Lori Christensen has repeatedly proven to be the best choice of realtor. Highly Recommended.??

Like Reviewer Vin K, I was on the end of an unethical treatment by Village Realty, and ironically our SCREW JOB was done by the same agent, Lori!. We were under contract for a home. We had our home inspection on 04/05/2021. After the inspection and radon testing set-up (which I paid 720.00 for) I dropped off our earnest money. As I pulled into my driveway ( 20 minutes later) , I received a call that our offer was out-bid on 04/02/2021....3 DAYS PRIOR TO OUR INSPECTION! There was no call, email or text informing us of a new offer! They proceeded to let me, my realtor and inspector into 491 Franklin, in Elk Grove without ANY indication that we were outbid! This agency still let me LOSE my inspection money. No one called or informed us that we were outbid, but they let us proceed with the inspection that cost me 720.00! There was NO communication between Lori, Village Realty or the shady attorney named Gary S. Lundeen that they deal with! Lori, Village and Gary refused to answer my attorney's calls and emails. They ROBBED me of $720.00. I understand that the market is steep now, but to let HONEST people lose their money because they are LIARS and unethical is morally disgusting! I will continue to urge people to stay away from these HORRIBLE people! Village, Lori and Gary S. Lundeen are unethical, immoral and LIARS! With what little communication that we received, they all blamed each other, in a classic "he-said-she-said" finger pointing fiasco! I am forced to leave ONE star, when I wish I could leave ZERO!

Unethical and unprofessional. My real estate agent was working with Lori who represented the seller for a house in Schaumburg, IL. We put the offer for a house as usual there were back and forth 2 times. We agreed on the number singed the contract on final number next step was Lori to get the signature done from seller again this was after accepting the offer verbally and agreeing to it. Several hours later I hear back from my agent stating that Lori had more showing done later in the day after working with us and agreeing to terms and they are moving with that offer which is slightly offer than ours but she never gave my agent any indications how much more we have to come.So it was not ethical or professional being a real estate agent to operate in such a manner. It does tells you a lot about the business practices adopted by the agent and the agency she represents. Such a shame stay away from these people and this agency.

Have worked with Gary Christianson when selling, looking at new residences & updating current home value. Gary is a true professional: responsive to your requests, responds promptly, tells you like it is. No "sales spiel" just to get your business. I highly recommend Gary.
