Rona and mayda were a very good help today. i had to get new glasses and they were a big help in finding the glasses i needed and getting me out of here with no problems. IF YOU NEED ANYTHING GO TO THEM!!!!

My first time using this location. My wife and I went to get our eyes examined. Dr. Nisha Jani was knowledgeable and thourgh. Excellent treatment, great bedside manners. She was extremely knowledgeable. It was definitely a awesome experience. Highly recommend, the staff was also a complete pleasure to deal with. Definitely will refer this location to friends and family.

This is by far the worst place I’ve ever gotten glasses from. They forgot to place my order, and after multiple calls, they promised to call me back but never did. I’ve now been waiting for my new glasses for over a month, even though they were supposed to be ready within 6 business days. The first pair I received left green marks on my skin.

This clinic is the worst there is, they made me go there for fun, wasting half of my day at work, do not waste your time with this clinic, I took my mother there because she needed to change some new glasses, but these people made a wrong diagnosis and gave her some glasses that they themselves programmed and she can't see, she has to use the old glasses that she has to see well, I explained to this doctor that if it were her eyes she wouldn't be able to see with the old glasses and the shameless answer was that she told me to keep using the old glasses and I told her that then the glasses that you sold to my mother we paid for in vain, they are so shameless that not even mediocre doctors have any durability today there was another mediocre one who answered me that if she sees with the old glasses she should keep using those
Run away from there, don't waste your time and your money.

It’s now Thursday and the plot thickens. Turns out Rona is the manager. HA!!! And that two minutes that I thought it took to release the insurance hold was actually just the amount of time she spent attempting to resolve this for me.
Apparently she put in a request for the insurance to release it but hadn’t “heard back”. So if she didn’t hear back wouldn’t the next logical step be to call my insurance? NOT to wait for me to call AGAIN?? Or maybe call in the FIRST PLACE and not lazily send in some “request” that will get lost in the cyber webs anyways and take DAYS to get a response?
That would be great customer service though, so of course I can’t expect this from her!
But fine she said she would call them this morning. Anyone who wears glasses should understand what a terrible and stressful thing this is!
so I called my insurance back (AGAIN!) to confirm. Finally they said they released materials. But NOW! I have to wait an ADDITIONAL 24 hours for it to go through!!
I’m livid! You mean to tell me a phone call is what you needed to do ALL THOSE DAYS AGO? You mean to tell me as a manager it took you 4 entire business days to figure out how to release an insurance hold with a provider??? Aren’t you knowledgeable in how claims work as a MANAGER??? Or did you have me make 13 pointless phone calls to spare you the exasperating task of 1 phone call??? Or were you doing the bare minimum because you were annoyed with me??? OR is the bare minimum what you’ve been allowed to get away with??? Ma’am you couldn’t even give me the bare minimum!!!
Did you think this problem would just go away? I clearly wasn’t going away. Or that I would wait around until you felt like doing your job???
Why was I treated this way from a MANAGER???

Went on a Friday for an exam/glasses/contacts. The doctor was wonderful. The receptionist, however, is a different story. I ordered contacts and told them I’d be back for glasses. Over the weekend I decided to return the contacts and go somewhere else for glasses as I didn’t prefer their selection. Called my insurance & they said I’m free to go somewhere else but to call the original place and ask them to release the hold.
On Monday morning I called to cancel the contacts. Everything was fine, no issues. Later on that day I called back to release the hold. I explained the situation and the receptionist Rona responded like it was the dumbest thing I could’ve asked. She was clearly annoyed that I even called in the first place. I just wanted to make sure they weren’t expecting me back for glasses and to release the hold. With attitude and like I was the dumbest person alive, she said I was good.
It’s now Wednesday and whilst buying glasses at another store, it turns out the hold wasn’t released. The manager called this store and spoke to someone (I’m assuming Rona sgain). She argued with us that it was up to me to call the insurance company. (Even though I already called my insurance and they said the store had to do it)
Fine, I just really need glasses. call the insurance company again and what do you know? THE STORE HAS TO DO IT! Called the store back and got Rona again and it took apx 2 minutes for her to release the hold. So tell me, what was the attitude and the back and forth for? Laziness? Pure spite? Did you want me to wait DAYS to release the hold because I canceled the contact order? It’s ridiculous and I’ll never be back here. I was never rude and handled everything the correct way, I deserved NONE of this. For them it might be a fun game they play, but for me it’s a cruel and deliberate endangerment of my well being.

Never returning to this establishment. Two appointments made before they cancelled last minute. Non compliant and treat us like cattle. Will find another doctor for respectful treatment !

Had such a wonderful experience. I was able to get fitted for contact lenses, and the doctor and staff were SOOOO Energetic, kind, patient and overall wonderful. After purchasing my contact lenses, not only were they able to get my lenses shipped to my house, but they also threw in a pair of FREE sunglasses for me. Not only rocking new contact lenses, but I’m also rocking a new pair of sunglasses ?

Lost my contacts and asked for a trial pair to replace them for this month. They gave me a few extra contacts and a bag full of contact solution bottles too! Every doctor I've seen has been very knowledgeable and kind. They also have doctors in training, which I think is really cool. (The main doctor will come in an do another exam for you after they're done.) I don't plan on going anywhere else for my eye exams, so I hope this location stays open for a long time.
