3/3/23 @ 8:45 AM CST on I-294Driver of truck 2655 stop I-294 traffic so he could cut into a line of 50+ cars at the last possible moment. Nearly causing multiple accidents with semi trucks and cars. Later down the road he also cut off a semi driver causing him to slam on his brakes as well as the driver behind that semi.Driver of 2655 needs to have immediate retraining.

Michael P delivered our order. He was absolutely fantastic and made the whole delivery process a whole lot easier. We had an issue with the person that was supposed to meet Michael (our fault) and he was awesome about waiting and called and texted to keep me updated. This was easily one of the best delivery experiences I had with any freight driver.

The driver who brought my ULINE order, Steve, went above and beyond. He gave ample notice about when he would arrive. He expertly backed down my alley and made the delivery in my garage. He even made sure to leave enough space so I could get a car back in the garage, which was much appreciated. I would not hesitate to choose Moran again. Thank you, Steve.

Horrible service! I had an order from ULINE and the driver delivering was a JOKE. I was informed he was here and I quickly came down to help him & he was very friendly. Once he unloaded he called me very angry stating the cabinets could not fit through an elevator. I didn’t even confirm to see if it was true bc I thought he knew what he was doing( I measured the elevator and it was 8 feet and the cabinet was 7fleet). So I quickly got a pick up truck to load the cabinets in. As I’m coming back, I got a call by Teresa his dispatcher who was very rude & did not want to help at all. She stated he could only be at a site for 15 mins. Which I thought was so inhumane to put so much pressure on a person to deliver three big cabinets. Do better Morgan transportation! Your driver and dispatcher are only hurting your business. If you’re looking to hire people to yell and curse at you then hire Teresa and the driver!

They have had my shipment for almost a month now. They delivered it to my town in WI and sent it back to IL. Terrible experience. Now I will go the the manufacturer of the shipment for a refund.

TRUCKERS REVIEW:This place is a JOKE!!!We delivered 9 skids to this place.I called the receiving myself and they said receiving hours are 8 AM-4 PM no appt needed.My driver showed up at 3:15 PM and they said:'I don't have anybody to unload you right NOW you will have to come back tomorrow'It was 5 guys seating on the forklifts and playing with their phones doing nothing.What a disrespectful place for the drivers.BEAWARE!!!

I came across a Moran Truck at I-90 going West from the Illinois Medical District all the way to O’Hare. The driver was reckless and wouldn’t yield on anybody and even almost crash on my car coz he wouldn’t want to go behind me even I have the right of way… Twice!!!This driver even has the nerve to stare and flip on me… and stayed in front and beside me through out Elmhurst Rd. Exit trying to not let me pass and dare me to do something. He even stayed on the NO truck lane (left most lane)!This driver is a reflection of how this Moran company will treat its customers. A terrible experience already even I haven’t used their service yet.I hope this driver will somehow meet a cop or state police in an undercover vehicle so he can be busted and have one less terrible driver off the street.

They called and left a message for us to schedule a delivery appointment. Less than an hour later a driver was at our house and now I have to have four 200 lb cabinets sit in my driveway until I can get someone to help me bring them inside. Just ridiculous
