Had a problem with my power steering on my 2003 Toyota Camry.Called Merlin Muffler in Elk Grove Village (Illinois). Was able to bring it in several hours later - around 2:00 PM. They diagnosed the problem (power steering lines/hoses were rotted and needed replacing). By 6:00 PM repairs were done and the car was ready for pick up.
Great service! Reasonable prices! Friendly staff!

I usually have a good experience with this Merlins. I’ve been bringing my car here for 3 years. Today however they were short handed and too busy apparently to give me the car check up paperwork or change the batteries in the car key fobs. The stand in service manager actually told me to take my car to the dealer for it since the key “fobs didn’t sync up with the car immediately.”Thats an easy fix per Google, and I’m surprised he did not recommend that. I had an appointment for the car service for goodness sake. 5 to 10 extra minutes to take care of the keys would not have caused that big of a delay. Now i have to get the batteries somewhere else. Thanks for wasting my time and the poor advice.

They give great customer care and service. They are honest and considerate to accommodate and meet your needs. There prices are reasonable, too. All there that we met are knowledgeable and very friendly. Sean our mechanic is the best! When you leave your vehicle there you know it will be in good hands.

What a wonderful service I got from Marlin Complete Auto Care, My wife got flat tire on Rt 53 and Bisterfield Rd, I went to rescue her, removed her van's tire and went to this shop, what a quick service they provided with reasonable charge, I would definitely recommend this neighborhood Auto care for not only my friends and family but for anyone who need Auto care services.
