I booked a load with Matthew Marciciak at Merit Freight and he posted his load requesting a sprinter van. I own a High Top Ram Promaster 3500, so if Matt genuinely needed a sprinter van, his load surely should’ve been able to load in my van. I get to the shipper and my van is too small. Before booking me with this load he asked several times what my dimensions were and I even gave him my make and model just so he can feel safe about the size of the van. So when we touch base on why I wasn’t loaded, he told me he was confused and thought I had a straight truck because I put my height before my width (l x h x w) in the dimensions. Even if this isn’t standard, he should have still been clear on what vehicle I had because he confirmed it with me twice. Matt was reluctant to pay TONU because of his own mistake but eventually settled to give me $50 after my phone conversation with him, in which he hung up in my face. Very professional guy.

Called in with 12 years military CDL A driver , with my civilian CDL permit , and he says [ I'm looking for someone with more experience I have alot of other better responses to this , sorry]Haha. Good luck buddy . Wouldn't want to work for someone like you .DO NOT APPLY!!!
