I don't understand why i have all the insurance paperwork and approvals and my doctor's order in place for a portable oxygen concentrator and LINCARE will not give it to me. LINCARE has unusual company policy for the concentrator distribution. It's so stupid my doctor does not understand me dragging around the tank.

Worst experience ever. Took a month for them to ship my order. No accountability what so ever. Even their own representative said good luck to me. I looking elsewhere. They need to be more respectful to their customers.

Stay away from these guys. Was lied to over the phone. Company hides behind their own policies to rip off customers. 120% mark up using simple math.
