The area is huge and everything is okay.It's just my friend got a bad experience with a representative who is quite rude and loud while doing her work.Not good customer service.

You sign in on an iPad. It asks your full name and takes your picture. They do not ask for permission to use your likeness so be prepared to have your identity stolen.

Did business with this company in the past. But just found out they were involved in a class action lawsuit, whereas they specifically told staffing agencies that they didnt want any part of Black employees. I translate that as, "We dont want anything to do with Black people in general". Therefore, as a "Black customer", I'll take my money elsewhere.
