You guys need to do something about your freezers. The ice cream section specifically just caked on with ice. Nobody wants freezer burned ice cream. Everytime I go it's an issue. Done with this location.

They had a elderly clerk who, as I made my way to self check out, glared at me menacingly, and stood over me ominously. He stood over me like some sort of security guard as I made my purchase. Now I am not one to jump to conclusions and give everyone the benefit of the doubt when doing their job. Maybe he's supposed to watch and/or assist these lanes. But I could definitely see the hate in his eyes and he offered no assistance or pleasantries. As soon as I entered my payment he completely disengaged any interest what so ever in the checkout lane. Now mind you two teenagers entered the lane right after me but he paid them no mind whatsoever. Not surprised, this is the typical racial micro aggressions I encounter everyday as a black man. The sheer lack of intelligence and awareness is profound when you believe that the adult male in the Tesla Model Y, is more of threat to steal than teenagers. But I am thankful for the experience. I live less than 2 blocks away and was going to start shopping here instead of Meijer where they racial profiling is just as severe, but will spend my hard earned money at Aldi, the only grocery store I haven't had to suffer ill treatment due to the color of my skin. Just another reminder the Dr. King is still fast asleep.

Store is phenomenal, kathy & michael at the cashiers are awesome and always friendly. But yesterday i bought cotton candy grapes and guess what?!?! They were regular grapes. Really sad that ppl in this community would stoop that law and switch them out. So basically i paid $7.99 a pound for regular grapes thinking they n were cotton candy grapes.

I was looking for the roasted chicken I clipped the coupon for in deals. There were different types of the signature brand. I asked Theresa in the Deli Dept a question and she was very rude to me acting like I bothered her. She needs to remember customers are her boss and without us she would be doing something else.

Great deals in the app, otherwise the prices are too high. The pharmacy is always great though! Would choose to come to this pharmacy over any other in the area.
