Excellent customer service!When there was an issue with a packet of sweets (barfi), I was dreading an argument when I called to tell them. Instead, they replaced it without hesitation. Good quality.

We use their products all the time. Tastes very South Indian and reminds me of my home town. Would be great to see some organic snack varieties from them. I recently came to know that they also manufacture sweets.

We buy past 8 years for Janani brand sevu , boondhi, tengual. But this week we tasted very bad in tengual. The oil smell and taste was so bad. My kid vomiting when he ate immediately.

Great food as many like but also customer service with Janaki Foods, I had an issue with one of the items I purchased from a store in Dallas area, I shared the details of the issue and never expected to get a reply, but to my surprise Mala (Janaki Foods owner) called and enquired about the issue and shared how she's passionate about the food, quality and company. She took care of the issue and great experience.

Team please maintain aroma and freshness in your snacks. Especially the Spicy Boondi item. Quantity , packing are great but please focus on Taste and freshness. if you want to understand the issue , open spicy boondi pack after few weeks or days after packing and see how it smells and tastes.

I tasted Janaki Snacks at my friend's place...they were 'melt in the mouth' and more authentic than any I have tasted.I would recommend them to my US based son and daughter.

Recently bought besan ladoo from Patels and probably tasted one of the worst ladoo ever. Besan was totally uncooked and it has a very raw taste.

Worse Ladoo I have ever eat. Total waste of money. The Ladoo smells like, it was cooked in stale oil. It had strange taste. I am disappointed how reputed store like Patel Brothers can sell these Ladoos.

We first tried Janaki Foods snacks in a local Indian grocery store. That was the end of clumsy shopping for snacks that are spread with so many brands that taste too salty that comes in bad colors, oils and unhealthy ingredients. . Since then, we straightly go pick Janaki brand snacks that always come with same taste and quality that exactly matches our home made snacks we used to eat since childhood.Thank you for genuine effort in bringing best quality to USA. This means a lot to us.

Excellent quality, delicious, fresh and authentic Indian snacks, made in the US! Love all their savory snacks, and jalebis. Their spicy roasted cashews and mullu murukku are too good. Prompt, courteous and extremely satisfactory customer service. So glad we found this small Indian company. Beats all snacks made in India and shipped to the USA. Highly recommend Janaki Foods.
