This place is the worst. Do not stay here if you can afford to stay anywhere else. All of the staff except for the cleaning crew are rude, aggressive and have an “us versus them“ mentality. The managers work 11 to 2, 3 days a week which leaves those who renew on those days locked out of their rooms. This is not a joke. I’ve been locked out of my room on several occasions. This last time I was told by the manager at 3:30 PM that he doesn’t start till 7 PM and I would just have to wait as opposed to him just coming down and letting me in my room.

This place is absolutely HORRIBLE!! They literally have ROACHES in 2023!! They are supposedly updated rooms that are old and dirty AF!The staff is completely unprofessional and RUDE. The General Manager Danny Tate is in cahoots with the staff and promotes their ridiculous behavior!! Danny and Zietta are the rudest and MOST unprofessional of them all!They think they ca mistreat guests and talk to people however they want then threaten people with being put out.The doors are always broken and their is no security.The staff steals from the guests entering their rooms without notice or permission. They also steal from the guests by making up fees and changing room rates whenever they feel like it.I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND ANYONE STAYING HERE!!!!! 0 OUT OF 10 EXPERIENCE

The manager, Damien is a real piece of work. WHITE people arent really welcome here and the staff is very open about their racism. You'll get stuff stolen from your room and management is busy hiring thugs and they don't take complaints seriously. I wish I could say the bugs were the only problem but this place is run by people that you'd expect to be in prison. Very unprofessional and rude, don't expect to feel safe in this location. I've stayed at the Schaumburg location as well and had a much better experience.

This is a horrible place to stay it smell like cigarettes. Very falsely advertised the lady told me we had a room that was “updated” but the paint in the cabinets were chipping the room smelled horrible the floor was dirty I had to mop the first day we got there . The worst part was the roaches they where in the bed coming from the walls everything and I have pics n videos then when you tell them they say they can’t give u a refund the only decent part is that it was very close to my job.. do not stay here!!!

A decent stay. However, it's mainly if you need somewhere to go temporarily. Whenever the fire alarm goes off, the fire department takes forever to arrive. A lot of people that live here try creating issues, or invading people's privacy. Again, it's fine if you have nowhere to go.Walkability: Not a lot of places to walk to

You can't even get a call answered from these people if life depends on it. You will lose your reservation because no one is there to take it. It will be canceled. I called customer service, and they couldn't even get a hold of them. They are using this place to take people money but not give them a room . This needs to be looked into asap and shut down if anyone isn't going to do anything about this place. I'm serious about no one being in the office. I've gone 3 times and even waited the 3rd time for 40 min, and no one is there . Fix this issue because I've seen a man in the lot in his car because he couldn't check in .

The room had an overwhelming stench of urine and there were roaches in the refrigerator. Do not pay to stay at this place. Its a flop house.

There were roaches and bed bugs in our room, the room smelled like bleach or industrial cleaner, the room was very dirty and looks nothing like as advertised, the fridge was leaky, the snacks vending machine doesn't work, the neighbors are definitely doing drugs, and the management will coerse you into paying for 2 weeks instead of one. For the love of your sanity, don't come here

The guests are annoying. A majority of them always slam the room doors while coming in and out. These doors are very light so slamming them are unnecessary. If I can hear and feel the vibrations of you slamming your door, then it's a problem.

The rooms are not perfect the first few months I was being bitten had to take care of that issue myself. They do have a cockroach problem the cleaning ladies don't really clean the rooms properly. If you stay here and your a couple stay away from the lady that stays in 205. She lowers men in her room suggesting them to get naked she claims she wants to be your friend only to sleep around with your man. Watch who you talk to around this hotel untrustworthy stick to yourself don't let anyone in your business.

The desk guy is racist, manager hides in office, the cabinets were broken, cleaners stole many belongings and front desk is on their side. Over night attendant is useless. Alot of people sleep in their cars and they overcharge customers who smoke bc they pocket the deposit. I know that bc the desk guy laughed and told me while i was paying.

The rooms and location are all legit and comfortable only thing about this place is the cleaning lady comes whenever she feels like coming and she doesn't even clean anything she just wants to be nosey lol but great place to stay always quiet and fresh smelling
