No stars. I dropped off my taxes Monday because the gentleman was too busy he was behind. So I did the drop off service on Monday. The secretary had a hard time finding me I have gone every year except last year because every time I go I get charged $300. Last year I went to a Hispanic spot in Palatine because they charge me $80 same amount of return. I was told Monday by the secretary I would get a call tomorrow Tuesday. I didn’t hear back so I called Wednesday. They said they had none of my information and nothing was done. So I have to go get my paperwork and go elsewhere. Unbelievable and unacceptable.
