“If you're thinking of working out with F45 Elk Grove Village, stop thinking and DO IT! F45 is a gamechanger for all fitness levels. The coaches and fellow fitfam are top notch. Justin and team gets everyone motivated and helps you with your fitness journey and goals from all aspects. F45 isn't just another gym. It's a program of cardio, resistance and hybrid workouts. Sunday thru Friday, they are 45 minutes and Saturdays it's an hour long class (my favorite!) The coaches push you to get into good form and lift heavier to reach your goals. When you're around like-minded people, it makes it that much easier to wake up and work out in the morning classes or shut down work and work out after you're logged off for the day. F45 Elk Grove Village should be a part of everyone's fitness journey in the area. 10/10 recommend. You have nothing to lose.....except maybe some fat :)”

“Was staying at the hotel right next to the facility. The receptionist was super kind and helped me get a day pass. Great gym overall, super clean and tidy. The equipment was great. Overall would highly recommend if you want a full time membership or if you're at a hotel nearby and want to get a day pass.”

“I am traveling for a family event in the area so decided to drop in to Pavillion for a quick training session. I compete in the Pan American Masters weightlifting championships within a month so my needs were for free weights and bumper plates. Pavillion has a fantastic set up with Hammer Strength half and full racks with weightlifting and deadlifting platforms. The locker rooms are great as well with no personal lock needed. Amazing facility and worth the minimal guest fee! Thank you Elk Grove Village for providing a great facility for the needs of your community!”

“I've been going to this gym since it's opening. There is a new manager and there have been changes. I don't care for the continuous shifting around of equipment for sure. Recently there was massive change but for good reason: new equipment. Staff aren't as friendly but they are doing their jobs and helpful if you ask for help. This location was IMO a 5 star but now a 4 star. I read the complaint about the lunk alarm. If the employee can hear you from the front desk then you are probably disturbing fellow members. You don't have to be making physical threats to knock off someone's focus. Personally I am happy they can use that alarm. They aren't calling out names or anything. So thank you to the employees there that work to make the environment comfortable for ALL members.”
