Ordered online, but there is a little bit of a delay with the order being shipped out so we had to call them, but they were very nice on the phone and apologized and sent out the faucet and handle immediately arriving on next day air shipping. Great service otherwise.

My experience with Great Northern Kitchen and Bath was fantastic. Amy was kind and helpful and went the extra mile to locate some hard-to-find light fixtures. We received the fixtures yesterday and I couldn't be happier!

GN and Amy are the best. Amy was recommended to us by two friends. We had a bathroom and kitchen remodeling project that we needed done. After initial consultations she put together some ideas. She let us take samples home and even sent us samples of things that she didn't have so we could see it. It only took one visit to the showroom to complete our choices. She personally delivered some items to us to help expedite the project. Amy worked well with our contractor to make things as efficient as possible. We had never done a remodel like this before and had no idea what to do or expect. She held our hand, answered our questions and made everything pretty seamless. We love our new kitchen and bath.

My experience with Great Northern Kitchen and Bath was outstanding! Customer Service responded very quickly and kindly to my questions before and after the purchase. Tracking for the order was readily available on the website and through emails sent to me. Every aspect of my purchase experience was great. I highly recommend Great Northern and they are now my first choice for my kitchen and bath needs.

I would like to thank Joe and Amy for the excellent service they provided when solving my bath faucet. The new Grohe faucet I ordered did not perform as it should have. Without hesitation, Joe ordered a new replacement which works perfectly.The best customer service!!

So this review is to say that I had an excellent experience with Great Northern Kitchen even though the initial product I bought (via Amazon) was awful. If you are buying a Moen faucent in their brushed gold finish I STRONGLY advise against it. We bought one and it turned almost copper within days. Moen told me I needed to put wax on it. Luckly, Amy, with GNK was amazing in facilitating a return and exchange for a Grohe faucet with the same finish that works better (and requires no wax) - thanks Amy and GNK - highly recommend them for customer service and having done the right thing!

We bought a bathroom cabinet and sink from Great Northern. We had a very bad experience with another company and were very cautious this time around. We dealt with Amy and she was wonderful. She went way above and beyond in customer service. She made sure we got everything we wanted and that we were happy. Joe also helped us alot. We would recommend Great Northern and Amy and Joe to anyone looking to do a kitchen or bath!

I used Great Northern K & B to supply the cabinets for my DIY kitchen renovation. Amy was great at helping me avoid a lot of common pitfalls in my design. She provided very accurate renderings that really helped my wife visualize how the new kitchen would look. I also purchased the quartz counter tops and Amy arranged for a very professional contractor to do the measuring and installation. We are thrilled with our new kitchen.

An item we ordered, about $1000, came in damaged. We called, basically, they said they couldn't do anything about it. That the product color we ordered is being "discontinued" by Kohler. But they said they'd try. I called back a few times to get an update and haven't got an answer since. To me, seems like they're trying to avoid the situation. I don't like leaving bad reviews but Ugh! It's frustrating. Especially when we waited a month and half for this product. I mean we gotta make a living too. Hopefully next time someone else (we won't be ordering from here agian) has this same issue they'll resolve it better.

I would avoid this company. I ordered a hansgrohe shower trim online via Amazon. By the time my plumber was available to install it, I realized they had sent the wrong item, but I was past the 30-day return window. When I inquired about returning it, they told me that "All items that are shipped are inspected, and our records show that we sent the product you ordered." That is simply not true because the item I received was not the one I ordered. I take responsibility for my delay in trying to return it. I was dealing with a family emergency at the time. I was hoping for some decency and understanding, but that is not how they responded. These people are dishonest. Do not order from them.
