Last night while driving I woke up in the morning and there was a smell in my car and I tried to figure it out. I asked for help from here to get rid of this smell and he wanted 100 dollars from me and I gave 100 dollars. However, he said he could get rid of the smell. He couldn't get rid of the smell and the smell remained the same and he was very rude.
Their attitude was very hurtful.
He had strange behaviors. He acted as if there was no human being in front of him and it was very hurtful. I really didn't understand. Why was he acting like this?
Actually the staff working there were trying to find a solution to remove the smell and were trying to do their best. But he was interfering with everything and was only after getting money from me. After taking the money from me he didn't care about anything and I told him the smell was still there and he came and sprayed it a few more times with a spray. Then he sent the staff away and the smell is still there. After taking the money he didn't care about anything and I had to leave the place.
An employee came and tried to help me. There was a $79 cleaning package. I chose that and it came. He interfered with it. He said I don't accept this and you have to pay $100 and the employee got angry.
I have encountered many things in my life and the customer is always right and the customer has the freedom to ask any detail he wants. And it didn't allow anything. He was just imposing what he knew on me and trying to implement it. It was very interesting here, I was astonished.
I hope their attitudes towards people will change after what I said. I don't think they will, but the reason I wrote this for so long is because I want their attitudes to change. Because their attitudes were really strange and they were imposing their own way on the customers and they were not respectful towards the customers.

I was there a week ago. This will be my first and last time going to that location. I did the “ Fast and clean” service for $99.00. The windshield on the inside was worse than it was before the wash. There were some spots on the dashboard that were overlooked. Dust around the vents. The seats were not properly vacuumed. Lousy service for $99.

For 48$ (ultimate cleaning) +tips machine wash your car and they don’t clean basics, just vacuum. I found many dirty spots on my car and came back to tell them that but he just fix one small spot and told us that everything else that’s dirty its not included in price, waste of money and time, you can get that wash for 20$ anywhere else. I came here few years ago and for less money they cleaned it so much better.

I have a membership, but they didn't do any service because my membership was from different part of Chicago.. but how do i supposed to figure out in advance???? I came here I waist my time. I will cancel my membership and go with another car wash service.

I asked how much would it cost just to wash the engine underneath and some guy said $95
That’s funny because it cost $120 to wash 18th wheeler, full engine and trailer all together. $95 for regular sedan engine. So, I decided to get just exterior wash and went to the pump area. One of the employees asked me to move to another area since it was full service area and I’m not supposed be there. BUT, next to me was another customer vacuuming his own car by himself. I highly doubt that full service doesn’t include vacuum.
It was 1st and last time here. Terrible service and overpriced!

Do not go to this place the owner is weird and do not listen what you are asking for and the quality of the wash is not for comment atleast for a new and shiny car, the interior detail sucks the chemicals they use to wash the carpet left stains on the floor plastic and can not be removed so ...... avoid if you can

my dear subscribers, I don’t advise you to go here, this is a very bad place. They don’t match their performance at all with their prices, especially the service staff who works at the checkout, administration. And they don’t care about your opinion and you pay a lot of money, 150-100 dollars for a car wash. I think this not a little money, I connected myself to a monthly subscription and then tomorrow came to me they tell me that your uh has been cancelled, your membersheet has been deleted Sorry, your car is there, I don’t know why they do this, but their relationship is very bad and they have a very bad car wash, very bad they wash the car arrogant people work who do not respect their customers. !!!

They took 70 dollars from me, I told them all the details that the inside and outside of the car would be washed and they delivered the car to me like this. I will definitely not go here again and I do not recommend this place to anyone.

This company is absolutely the cleanest place I have ever seen!!! everything shines even the bathrooms are absolutely immaculate, (I am OCD)so when I needed my car detailedI brought it here so that it would be just as beautiful & shiny,My small, pretty clean BMW cost $400 and I gave him $60.00 in a tip,***VERY DISAPPOINTING***my car windows were not even rolled down and cleaned where it goes up into the doors, The door jams were not clean. The windows had streaks in them. and I do not know what was used on the navigation screen, but it is very foggy now. This was definitely not worth the money even $200. would have been too muchI still take my car there but I use the drive threw wash now I do not have them vacuum my car out anymore.
