I preserve gowns for a living. Your product has gone down in quality for the last two years and yet your price continues to go up. You need to increase your product by better inspection before shipping them out of your warehouse.

I ordered a child's garment bag for a christening gown. I wasn't able to provide feedback on Google reviews before, not sure why, but I can now.Wonderful, wonderful service.All my enquiries were answered in a timely manner and Nancy was truly a delight to deal with.Delivery was quick from USA to AUSTRALIA around 15 days, considering the Covid 19 international postal delays and restrictions.I would not hesitate to recommend this company for your special keepsakes, delicate clothing for wedding, christening gowns and the like.

I am absolutely blown away by the top quality of the preservation boxes and materials at Foster Stephens!!! I ordered a museum style preservation kit and I am extremely pleased and impressed with this product, and the care with which it was shipped!! I was looking for a bigger box for my wedding dress, and the box I chose from Foster Stephens is the perfect size. There is plenty of room for my dress to breath, and the box as well as the materials included in the kit are of outstanding professional and museum quality. I'm super happy I chose Foster Stephens for the preservation of my wedding dress... they've won my business and I'll definitely be coming back to this company for all my preservation needs!! An easy 5 stars and I would give them more stars if I could!!

Very disappointing company. They do not take responsibility for their poor shipping methods and the box they sent me was completely damaged. They did nothing to try and resolve the issue. Really poor customer service and poor ethics for a company. Do not purchase anything from them.

I ordered the Museum Style Super Kit. Be aware that the muslin bag that goes around the outside is not meant to prevent moths and beetles from eating the dress. My box came with a drawstring bag that could not be sealed tight enough to keep the moths out. When I complained this is the answer I got from kathy daniels foster stephens "The bag you received was never advertised as moth proof. Even though bugs are not attracted to cotton we would never advertise it as so as that would be impossible to predict. The Velcro bag (one in the video) actually allows much more opening and is actually much easier for bugs to get in than the drawstring as both sides of the flap are an entrance. These bags are to keep out dust and contaminants and nothing more. Cotton should deter them but that is not a guarantee." So now I am faced with having to enclose the box another way, I guess plastic to prevent my silk dress from being ruined. I guess if you have something other than silk this would be fine. I guess I assumed that a preservation kit would be insect proof. My bad for not investigating further.

Shipping is expensive (~$11), which is why I gave them 4 stars, but the items themselves are reasonably priced. I received my order within just a few days. I ordered a muslin garment bag for my dress, which came with a cute padded hanger, along with some acid free tissue paper. Customer service was very helpful in helping me decide what essentials I needed to buy.

I just received my wedding gown preservation kit, and it's great. I paid more than some other boxes one can find online, but it comes with a lot of accessories: 1 acid-free box, a pair of cotton gloves to wrap and unwrap your wedding gown, a small muslin bag to store things like your veil etc., a muslin wrap to line the box and wrap your wedding gown, a handling box if you needed to travel with it, 24 acid free sheets, an acid free bust to keep the shape of your wedding gown, a muslin cover to store the entire box in and instructions on how to store my wedding dress. I didn't receive the muslin cover, but they are sending me one right away without any problem. They come in various sizes with small price differences. SInce I was buying it online, the representative helped me pick out the right size. I just finished packing my dress and it fit perfectly in the box.
