Horrible place to pickup or drop off. Dirty. Not organized. Employees who are arrogant and rude. Very slow. Eternally understaffed. Nothing good about this one at All.

It's never been anything to brag about. They are a freight forwarder HUB that still doesn't have facility's for the drivers. TSA "Cage" for driver check-ins and that's as far as you can go!! Stuck in 1970's at best!!

Not answering the phone. We have been trying to get our delivery for over a month. No one will answer emails either.
