I needed my battery replaced, I had already bought a battery but was struggling to get it done. The folks at EGM were kind enough to take my car and replace the battery for me although bringing in parts and asking the shop to change them is akin to bringing your own food to a restaurant and asking them to cook it. I truly appreciate their customer service and would not hesitate to use this shop again.

I didn't care for the service I received at my local dealership and was looking for a place to get routine maintenance performed. Receiving a mailer from EGM, I decided to take my car there for an oil change and tire rotation. The people there were friendly and efficient and the facility was very clean. I was able to wait while the work was being done, though they offer a shuttle service. This is a full service shop, so I feel confident having them working on my car, as opposed to a quick oil change place. I will definitely return there for my next scheduled service.

This was my first time having services done here but based on the reviews I decided to give them a try. They lived up to the reviews. They were friendly, courteous, very clear about the repairs and costs. My repairs were started and finished in the time that was promised, and the drop off and pick up car service provided was most appreciated! I would highly recommend!

I have been taking my cars to EGM for about 10 years. Great service, very efficient and pleasant to deal with. They've never let me down. Recently I had to take my car to a different shop due to location constraints, and I was concerned this shop was not honest. I had EGM review their quote and the car, and they were able to save me over $4000, and had the car running perfectly.
When you have a shop you trust, you stick with them!

We just had our first experience with EGM. They were amazing. First, Russ was so kind when we spoke on the phone and I asked 1000 questions. Second, they were able to schedule us in next day. Not only were we able to get in, they were able to replace our back brakes same day.
They text my husband today to make sure everything was good. That was a nice surprise.
Additionally, the place is so clean and well maintained. We will be back, hopefully not too soon though ?. Thanks, EGM!!!

I had a suspected vehicle problem pointed out to me and took it to EGM for verification. It was not what had been told to me by another shop and it was properly diagnose at EGM and repaired.
Since my vehicle was about a thousands miles shy of hitting 100k miles EGM brought to my attention that their are some valid recommended services that should be performed. No pressure and only recommended, but I went ahead to get them all done.
All of the work was done in a timely manner and at competitive prices.
I also took advantage of their shuttle service which really helped.
It has been a few weeks since the repair and there is absolutely no issues or concerns with the repairs.
I would recommend EGM and their team for any of your vehicle repair and maintenance needs. Very happy they are in my neighborhood and they are a great asset to all of us in Elk Grove Village . .
