I was looking for a specific Cross pendant and called Elk Grove Jewelry & Pawn on a whim. I described what I was looking for and Jade stated that she had what I was looking for and quoted me a price. Upon arrival, Jade showed me the Cross and it was EXACTLY what I was looking for! I looked at the price tag and the price on the tag was higher than what was quoted. HOWEVER, Jade honored the price which she quoted me over the phone. I have never had an experience like that in a Pawn shop before! Not only did Jade handle our transaction with integrity, she was extremely friendly and very very helpful! I personally have never dealt with a Pawn shop where honesty was such a high priority! I can not Thank Jade, enough!I highly recommend using Elk Grove Jewelry & Pawn as local business.

Hands down the BEST PAWN SHOP EVER!! SHE'S 100% here to help you, not ROB you like every other Pawn Shop! She's beyond nice, understanding and caring so stop by and check it out for yourself!! bad deal never buying again.Bought a gold chain for 3500 dollars second time i wear it and the chain broke went back and they refused ti repaired bad place stay away.
