It's nice. There has to be a better way to stock so you aren't crawling around things. They should stock after closing. With new prices... perhaps. Can't even get to a side of aisle.

I have a really bad experience today with manager today she doesn't know how to treat kids my kids stop after school for some snacks. The cachier asked them to leave the back by her and they did.and then the manager fallow them like a criminals she took them out from the store and then I went to find out I I asked her what she she took my kids out she just asked if I speak Spanish and she walk away and then when she back she told me go outside and she called the police when we talk to the police the police said she got confused with other kids who stole stuff earlier she never apologize and also she she took a picture of my kids my older son is in high school already he almost 17 years old. She also started started yelling to my younger daughter she is only 11 I can't understand how she can be a manager when she treat people bad ? I make a police report because she took pictures of kids

The woman working the day before Easter could not have been more rude. I stood in line with my toddler for over 10 minutes with nothing in our hands only to be told the helium was not working when I needed a three balloon order. I would have left it at that but she was complaining with EVERY customer how short staffed it was and saying “it’s worse than the day before Christmas” “I’m not even getting a lunch break today” so, she’s having a bad day and doesn’t want to do a balloon order that’s fine, but there’s no need to broadcast it to everyone. It’s really unprofessional.

The website states they close at 10pm and the sign on the door says 9pm. It 9:15pm and both doors are locked. Whats the truth ? Please update the system to reflect hours of operation correctly.

What can I say...This Dollar Tree is the closest in my area. It usually have what I need at inexpensive prices. Especially, the essentials i.e. toilet paper, paper plates, cleaning solutions. Besides that, the cans goods and refrig items at this DT, and snacks are just as good and tasty. The staff are usually busy, however, if you need assistance, the cashier(s), will help you. I usually go in after work, just about 45 mins before closing; which makes that time convenient for me cause it's not a long line. You know how that can get!! Overall, I'm grateful for this Dollar Tree and all of them in this country. Kudos, to you Elk Grove Village Dollar Tree!

I don't like the store,for handicapped people you have to bring your car to the front of the store to put your stuff in the car. There are no shopping cart for you to get out of the store.first you put your stuff in the shopping cart get it out and pay, put it back again and leave the shopping cart in the store so you can get your car to the front and get bag by bag in and out the store to put it in your car. Don't go there the don't car. Monika

This has to be THE WORST run Dollar Tree I've EVER been to and apparently I'm not alone! Boxes crowd the aisles, products are all mixed up and not put away properly and apparently has poor management and it SHOWS. I wonder if corporate has looked into this particular location?
