I'm going to try to make this simple. I purchase a water fountain from this company a big 4 tear water fountain, came in a huge box on the top of a pallet, open the box and then after two days I cut the box and the foam and placed in the two of my garbage cans, so I no longer have the box or the package that the fountain came in it,Well the water fountain started to leak and not longer holds water. contacted the company and they offer me of out of the $956.00 only $200 for me to keep and fixed myself, I said no I just want my money back, well for my surprise the only way of me getting my money back is if I boxed this water-fountain back in the box that I no longer have, or accept $200,00 or wait another 45 days after waiting 65 days for this broken one to show at my house in order to replaced this one. If you are thinking of getting anything big from this company, think again, because if you need to return they expected for you to box the item in order to replaced or get refund.

I am highly disappointed, the company has 0 organization, 0 Customer service, 0 friendliness whatsoever. If you order something it almost feels like you are a criminal the way you get talked to. On top they just charge some random fee for packing (very bad packaing as well) would never order from them again. The product on the other hand is fine. Thank you

Purchased a $900 alligator to put by our pool. Paint started chipping off after 3 months! Bad customer service. They simply don’t care and asked if I wanted to buy another one!! I don’t think so!!!!

Received Gift - item Caved-in and a very Poor paint job, but they stated to purchaser "We can’t check every item we receive into stock". Wait, what? And perhaps it's a shipping issue also. hmmmm... Quality Control at it's finest.

Very bad customer service especially the manager. I ordered two different life- size of statues in November second and at that time both of them were available , after three weeks one of them was sent to me and when I called and asked them why my order was incomplete they told me, the second statue is back order and I have to wait until the end of December, but unfortunately there was no news, even at the end of December I called again and they gave me an approximate time until the end of January. here is one issues that please be sure to pay attention to, this company still does not know how to deal with a customer, I talked with the manager and she instead of apologizing for this delay, only tried to explain to me what the back order meant. when the customer orders and checks according to her needs and both of your products written in stock means they are ready to be sent , your explanation is just a justification. Unfortunately, she spoke in a very unprofessional tone and seemed to try to justify the lack of customer service instead of trying to satisfy the customer.She went on to try and explain what a backorder meant instead of giving me a solid delivery time.sorry but I believe that the manager of a company should be held accountable and responsible for the company.It is the customer's right to ask for an explanation, which is a correct explanation, my purchase is incomplete the only response I got was that I had no choice but to wait. The customer service is very different before and after your purchase, keep your money in your pocket, don't waist your money and time. If I had to wait that long, so why I payed more, I would have just ordered from a different country. What's more interesting is that when you write your Review on the company website, they delete it for not following the websites guidelines when in reality it's just an honest review. Hopefully this review will help you to make a better choice.

Their products are top quality and worth every cent. I purchased a dragon plaque years ago that I hung over top of my front door. It still hangs there today. Not only is it a tastefully done conversation piece, when my grandkids stay over and get scared I tell them not to worry cuz grammy has a dragon that guards our house!

I placed an order a month ago for the little judgmental crow birds. They were on back order and would receive them and ship to me on 8/27. That did not happen so I called. They said, sorry they would get them in and ship to me on 9/3. That did not happen so I called again. They apologized and I asked, are you getting them in at all. The nice lady said, Yes they are running a little late but will be here on 9/17. So I looked on the DT Website this morning and it was showing that these birds were on back order for 10/29. They keep pushing the date back longer & longer. When I called today, I'm told that I will not receive my order because when they do get them in, they are receiving enough to fulfill 130 orders and I was #166. Well Now, I'm a "DISGRUNTLED CROW BIRD" right about now!!! Why are you still taking online orders then. I stopped looking for these birds a month ago because I had placed my order was getting them from Design Toscano, and now a month later I find out that NO I'm not! Design Toscano never once contacted me to say there was a problem. I kept reaching out to them. I will say to you: DO NOT ORDER from Design Toscano!! First off: They are more expensive then other shops, you will probably find what your looking for at a less expensive price Second: BAD, BAD, Customer Service!!! When you call for help the person on the other end will only say, "Yes, I understand, but there's nothing I can do. My hands are tied" If you go to their website and write a review, If it's not a positive review, they will remove it.

Design Toscano agreed to a reimbursement of $250 cash and $550 worth of store credit for replica paintings I found of inferior quality. I have actually received the cash, and this is not in dispute. However, when trying to obtain information on the $550 store credit, what was previously a poor response time became a complete and total lack of response.I seek the $550 store credit that was explicitly promised by Design Toscano management and relayed to me via email by customer service rep Katie.
