I’ve been getting the run around trying to find the correct rim for my vehicle, after I read all the positive reviews, I decided to try my luck again, and I’m pleased to say customer service was great from start to finish, they reached out and made sure my order was the correct rim, they told me how long it would take for my rim to arrive and everything they said to me was absolutely correct, they have a loyal customer now especially for them being in a totally different state , last but not least the prices are unmatched by any where else that I’ve inquired about …..Great Job ‼️

These guys were excellent!!!!! Very friendly great price and super fast service. I will never use another company when it comes to tires again. I recently purchased a new to me 22 Ford Explorer with 21” black rims. Within a 2 week period, i damaged both front wheels. I contacted Chicago Wheel service via text and was communicating with Joe Wolf. Joe sent me a quote, which was very reasonable for full reconditioning of both wheels and set the appointment. I drove to their facility, they swapped a damaged wheel with the spare. The next day Joe notified the wheel was ready. I drove in and they swapped the other damaged wheel. The next day, i was contacted when the wheel was completed and drove up to have installed. The service was exceptional and the wheels looked brand new. I am very satisfied and would highly recommend Chicago Wheel Service.

I recently took my BMW i7 to a Pirelli official dealer to replace a P Zero tire that had developed bubbles. Unfortunately, they replaced it with a 2022 tire instead of one from 2024. I raised my concerns, and they explained that the issue stemmed from Pirelli's stock problems. While I was frustrated and felt like they were playing games with my tires, I really appreciated their consistent follow-up and willingness to help resolve the issue, even though it took some time. I’m giving them five stars for their kindness and dedication to customer service!
