We ordered an indoor outdoor rug for our pool deck and stairs. The rug and treads were customized and they came within days. They were a perfect fit! Excellent company and service!Can't believe this kind of place do exist now days.I ordered a few carpets from Koeckritz and one of them was wrong size. They fixed the problem sending me a new one and they told me to keep the other. Thank you Koeckritz!
