Bad customer service, lady by the name ILA needs to be replace if they wnat to have better reviews, take your business somewhere else, these place has such bad customer service.

Agree with a lot of the other comments here -- incredibly rude staff. At one point the employee, Illa said "we are a for profit company, when trying to make a point." Very awful attitude.

Customer service is so rude. Specifically Brenna - this girl was rolling her eyes, playing with her phone, and speaking at me not to me. Never coming back here again. Not a chance.
Want to point out, 99% of the folks I've dealt with were really professional and sweet at Chase. It's a CS/location issue, not a bank issue as some of the reviews I've read, FYI.

Angel Ramirez Ruiz is the best banker that I have ever met! My case was quite special, but he solved all my bank account problems seriously and responsibly. I called him many times and he always answered patiently. Thank you so much!

Change your google name to ATM ONLY. I drove 15 mins and they don’t deal in cash. They don’t take cash deposits or do anything else a bank does. It’s just bank with 2 ATMs and few employees who does nothing.

No tellers. If I wanted to deal with machines I would've gone to an ATM. A brick and mortar should cater to the simplest customer needs. Surely Chase et al can afford to keep/create jobs instead of taking them away from people.

Shout out to Ben Bahr who helped me open a business checking and credit card with Chase. He is so friendly, accommodating, and kind with opening the business account. Very knowledgeable about the requirements needed. Highly recommended if you ever visit this branch.

Came into this bank earlier today to ask a question about an order I placed for checks that I made on 6/25 at another branch. Was greeted immediately and Benjamin was more than helpful!!!! he was super professional and kind. :) gave me his business card in case I needed to update or have any questions. Not sure why this bank has a lot of bad reviews. Benjamin is just great! If I ever have a different issue and need assistance, I’ll stop by here again for this location is close to my work. Thanks to Ben!
