Id give 0 stars if it was possible... I reserved a car and prepaid through the site and when i went to pick it up I was surprised to see that they were closed with a sign on their door saying they were away for vacation.

Rented a car and it didn't have a working USB TO HAVE AUDIO OR MAPS. And they car was a dog.THEN THE HOURS LISTED ON GOOGLE SAYS 730am till 6pm but they actually open at 8am m-f sat- 9am -2pm sun 9am -1pm I could have returned it the day before but when I called at 430pm it said they were closed!!

Do Not Use this location to rent a truck. Horrible customer service. They canceled my truck reservation the day before my moving date last minute when I had reserved the truck 2 weeks prior to my moving date. They also charged my credit card when they are the ones that canceled the truck rental. Use Uhaul instead. Cheaper prices and Uhaul does not cancel your reservation for no reason. I would give Budget Truck Rental zero stars if I had the option. I complained to Budget corporate office and nothing. Not even an apology.

Nice people at this location. 26ft Truck was beat up at the rear bumper area. Otherwise drove great, cold AC. Easy to drive

AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS.We paid over $4k for a 26' moving truck rental for our cross state move.First, the initial location didn't have our truck size available and no one notified us, even though our reservation was confirmed online.Then, once we finally got a truck, it was dangerous issue after issue. The truck windshield wiper fluid was out, so we had to pay to replace it ourselves. Then diesel exhaust fluid light & engine overheating light came on mid-trip. We had to find a truck repair place ourselves, get it approved by budget & waited 6 hours to get the truck repaired. When we were finally on the road again, it was getting dark & we noticed the headlights were out, forcing us to stop & stay overnight in a hotel.When we notified budget of these issues, they were unwilling to help or discount our rental. The state the truck was given to us is completely unacceptable & was in no condition to be driven. Choose Uhaul or another company instead.

Made a reservation for a 16' Truck One-Way Rental, months in advance, received confirmation email, contacted 1800 # and confirmed with agent on the phone that everything was in the system as planned. One week before a cross country move was called by agent Jeanie, and told "Yeah, we can't accommodate a one way rental, UPS is a corporate client and they needed the trucks a month earlier than planned, I advise you look elsewhere" What is the purpose of a reservation if it is cancelled and given to someone else so they can make more money? Isn't the first time either with Budget, returned a truck to them a year ago, truck was returned and inspected, receipt signed off as returned in good condition. next morning got a call from agent at office asking "did you happen to cause a dent in the fender? If so we will need to actually add that to your invoice of charges" This was AFTER the vehicle was returned and inspected. If you didn't notice something, the day after it was signed off on is NOT the time to call the customer and accuse them of damage. 0/5 would use again, better off with U-Haul or a local agency.

I've had the same issues as many have. I ordered a truck several weeks in advance and they called me a few days before to say they didn't have a truck available. Happy to change my location for pick-up. Their customer service staff at the national office hung up on me three times before I finally talked with an inventory agent. The agent told me they couldn't help me and that no trucks were available. They haven't had any truck available for the last three months in Chicagoland, but they still allow you to book them. Please, if you have the same experience, file a complaint with the BBB.

Do not trust or believe Genie she has hidden cost and she will lie to you just to get you whatever she can for her company I rented a truck on the 31st I used it it was a horrible truck at needed a tune-up and needed an oil change it was making noise the whole way there the tires are low and Jeanne lie to me about the charges do not trust this place go someplace else go to U-Haul go to Penske go to Enterprise rent something from somebody else this Genie person is dishonest and will lie to you

Never rent from this location. Trucks were filthy! Something spilled in the cargo area and was not not cleaned up. Garbage and wrappers were scattered throughout the cab and floor and dash area was sticky to the touch. I was charged for a 2 day rental when i had the truck for literally less than 8 hours. On my following reservation i was told to arrive 3 hours before closing time due to the employees leaving early on Friday March 30th. When unable to make it there earlier than i should have i was charged a fee. Terrible experience and after using budget rental for several years for my moving purposes i will not be returning to any budget truck rental and spreading the info to everyone i know that has also. Its a shame because i have been sending business to them for a long time. Thanks to U-Haul for accomodating my last minute rental needs due to budget closing early without reason......AND THEY ARE OPEN SATURDAY AND SUNDAY!!!!
