Came in for an oil change and they took it upon themselves to change parts without my authorization. Explained to them how I didn't appreciate that and they proceeded to tell me i was wrong.

Brought my box truck to check if they can install fuses between my power converter and battery , so converter can't burn out like it happened before . Told to manager that current one is burned . They said they will take a look what they can do . After received phone and manager said that my converter was burned (lol) and total is $144 , I said that I already know this info , so manager Tim said , we have to charge you for checking on it .... that's a robbery, hopefully karma will catch up .
