I had a wonderful experience. The therapist is very helpful in helping me alleviate the anxiety and stress by explaining what he was doing and expected. Overall he is very engaged and encouraging.

After attending two weeks of physical therapy, I am pleased with the care I am receiving. All of the physical therapists are very knowledgeable and professional. They strive to make me feel comfortable and address all the questions I have.

ATI in Elk Grove Village is a wonderful facility for physical therapy. Every staff member is welcoming and knowledgeable. I have improved in only 4 visits!

I have received nothing but the best care and treatment for all the therapists at the Elk Grove location. Elga has been so encouraging and kind, and has gotten me to do things I thought I couldn't. Thanks to everyone there, I will soon be walking without my cane!!

Absolutely horrible experience. For one they used the same medical code but charged me a different amount. That’s just blows my mind! But the front desk Lori told me they charge $120 per one hour visit. No they charge me from $300 up to $700 for the same exact daily exercise. And when I called the billing department they told me “no, you were doing different exercises” I’m like hold on you’re telling me this? Like you were there not me? Clearly this company is all about money! Now I finished my physical therapy two months ago and they basically owe me money for charging me $10 per visit even though I’ve reached my out of pocket and my yearly deductible. Now I’m calling every week and asking when I’ll get the money? I’ve spoke to Jim, and Nicole first the refund wasn’t even processed after a month and a half! Then apparently the refund was issued but I don’t see the money on my account! Can’t accomplish anything with those people, when I’m asking for their supervisor they say - we don’t have one. And you have to call your bank. And I can’t give you any information. Wow that’s how they treat their patient after banking so much money from me. Not to mention this lady Elga Saldanha added 10 more visits without my approval. After doing my last evaluation and giving me a discharge. No they aren’t about wellness they are about your money! Best advice I can give is to STAY AWAY FROM ATI. I’d love if someone less aggressive would call me and I can resolve this. Owing money to your patient and dodging the calls absolutely VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!And don’t worry they will respond to the comments “Please contact our patient advocate team” but that’s the same number and same people! So you won’t accomplish anything! VERY BAD BUSINESS!PLEASE CHECK The Better Business Bureau website you will learn a lot! Insurance fraud is the main complaint.

Excellent staff, Physical therapist and facility. Very friendly, helpful and understanding and motivating so it gives very excited to come to the facility.Lori in the front office is very inspiring for me. I was looking for a clean, bright, well equipped physical rehabilitation space which was staffed by friendly, helpful well qualified therapists. I was very pleased to have found ATI and begin my rehab.My schedule of appointments were made to accommodate my current calendar with my process also being considered. The therapists have monitored my progress and adjusted my treatment to address changing circumstances in my rehabilitation. I am not an easy case.I do not hesitate to highly recommend ATI to anyone seeking quality physical therapy.Don’t live in pain or reduced mobility. Seek help. You’ be glad you did.

Everyone that I dealt with at this location was wonderful, but particularly Clare, Jimmy and Lori who i worked with most often. They were not easy on me but I never dreaded going. If in the future I ever need any kind of therapy again, I would not hesitate to return here. They listened to my problems (and complaints, lol) and worked hard to help me achieve my goal. Thank you again to all!!

My boyfriend Anthony A has been getting treated by your company ever since he was in a car accident with a drunk driver. I can't believe the progress you guys have made with him. We want to give a special thank you to Jenny Mix who has been treating him the past couple of months because honestly we never thought his situation would turn around and I am so grateful that I'm getting my Anthony back in the right direction. I went to ATI in Elk Grove with a very painful shoulder due to arthritis and tendinitis. After working with Jimmy, Jenny and Claire my shoulder is no longer painful and I'm much stronger. Everyone there is very friendly and professional. If I need physical therapy in the future I wouldn't hesitate to go back to ATI.
