We stumbled on Artistic Countertops looking on the internet to find a countertop store with many samples, and it was the best thing that ever happened to us. From the moment we walked in the store, Barbara made us feel welcomed! The large amount of samples made it easy to lock in our decision. Barbara helped us through the whole process explaining all the details. Smitha was instrumental also with keeping us on track after we chose our countertop, to final installation. We highly recommend Artistic Granite to anyone who is unclear how to purchase their countertop

This was the second time I used Artistic Granite.First time I had a double sink quartz counter installed in Master Bath. The second job was my kitchen countertops with quartz.David the salesman was wonderful and helpful picking out the quartz. We had a few bumps in the road, but went relatively smoothly.Bathroom countertop went smooth- just a mess afterward, which is to be expected.Installation of countertops did have many problems. My new dishwasher was bent on the bottom cover from installers reinstalling it. I was able to straighten the metal cover enough to reinstall myself. My walls were damaged from removal of the ceramic tiles. I tried to repair myself, but they still look awful. I will have to rehire my painters back to fix drywall.A huge mess to clean up again- but that is to be expected considering removing ceramic counters and installing quartz countertops. The installers were very nice. They had to come back the next day because there was an error in my backsplash- they sent 5” and contract was for 4”.However, I knew from the contract stated if there was any damage of anything, it would be my problem. I never mentioned it when I reached out to the owners.I did reach out to the owners when I saw such a discrepancy in the thickness of my countertops, loss of .5cm of quartz thickness-- I immediately emailed the owners asking why I had lost so much thickness.Yes, I went with an email and only wanted a email response back. I did not want to speak on the phone - more clarification by email. However, apparently asking the owners about the loss of .5cm in thickness of my quartz caused an aggressive response back from the owners- to me- I felt.So why were the countertop not 3cm as purchased, but were 2.5cm in thickness of quartz when installed--the owners said this is in the contract you signed. You take a loss of quartz with fabrication and rounded edges. Why not tell the consumer upfront verses putting it in the contract it would be 2.5cm? I had no idea - I didn't ask for rounded edges, wouldn't that be standard practice? Who would want sharp edges??? This is their expertise not mine.So if the consumer purchases 3cm of thickness of quartz, the contract states you will lose some thickness of the quartz during fabrication & rounded edges per the contract. However, "some" is such a generalized term- could literally mean any amount. Now .5cm doesn't sound like a lot but if you only start with 3cm - that becomes a whole lot. My counters are only 2.5 cm thick! Not 3cm thick as originally thought. The man who pre-measured said I had tile countertops that were 1.75" thick. He had told me I would be going down to 3cm or 1.25". Why didn’t he tell me I would lose 2.5cm???I then proceed to measure my Master bathroom countertop. Sure enough, I am only at 2.5cm not 3cm. I should have measured my Master Bath countertop before I purchased my countertops. So the standard of practice is: if you purchase 3cm countertops you will lose .5cm--why not say that in the contract?? Because "their contract protects them from EVERYTHING".Be very careful with signing the contract with Artistic Granite. If they damage anything, your floors, appliances, cabinets, walls, etc.--it's your problem- I was hesitant about that too, but the men did not damage anything in my master bath.If you ask the owners by email--the owners tell me to go to Arbitration with them if I have a problem. Very combative reply email back to me.I felt the owners treated me very aggressively by email, when I had asked why my countertops were not 3cm thick as I had ordered, verses 2.5cm? I would have tried to get them 3cm before installation- if I had known I would lose .5 cm.I had paid thousands of dollars for these countertops and should have been told upfront verbally, I would be losing .5cm on my kitchen countertops. Their contract states variations- broad term. I felt deceived.Really comprehend all the terms and really understand their contract. "Variation" can literally mean anything? This is how I feel about my e

There aren’t enough positive things to say about Smitha and team. We did a small guest bathroom project yet she gave us the attention of a full kitchen renovation. I can’t wait to redo a kitchen one day in order to use them.
It’s a great feeling when you find a company and team of people that pay attention to the details, make you feel good about the project and consult you along the way.

Artistic Granite & Quartz Countertops is absolutely fantastic. Their website allows you to get a ballpark estimate to see what your budget can afford. They proactively reached out to me, and they were very quick to answer all questions and provide recommendations for suppliers to visit to choose the slab I wanted. I stopped by their office while I was in the area to meet Barbara in person. What a gem! After someone stopped out for measurements, it was only a week later the countertops were ready to be installed. These were going on my rooftop, which is 5 flights of stairs and no elevator. The guys were phenomenal about bringing them up with ease. They removed the existing countertops, hauled away all debris, and cleaned up. I am very happy with every aspect of my experience with them. I would definitely use them again in the future!

Ram and Smitha are amazing. They installed quartz for my basement bar/kitchenette project. Their efficiency, timeliness and customer service was great. The turn around time for the project was so fast. Their pricing was reasonable and they were very easy to deal with. Would recommend them any time! Thanks Artistic!!

Highly recommended, we used artistic granite several years ago for our kitchen and bathrooms and had such a great experience with them then that we recently used them again to change out our bar area. It was a tricky job but they made sure to get it 100% right. I definitely appreciate their time and effort and their pricing is very reasonable.

Artistic Granite and Quartz installed our countertop in our Master Bath for the vanity and make-up desk. Smitha was very helpful in supporting our schedule and offering similar items that we liked. Her installers/fabricators are excellent and we had good conversation as they prepared and installed the countertops. We are repeat customers - from getting our other 2 bathroom countertops in 2018. I would highly recommend Smitha and Artistic Granite and Quartz.

I had quartz countertops installed by Artistic. We are very happy with the results. After visiting their great showroom and speaking with David, who is knowledgeable and answered all our questions, we ordered our counters and they were installed within a couple of weeks. The installers were polite, informative, neat and clean. Our counters are beautiful! A good experience with Artistic.

Communication: From beginning to end Artistic Countertops was very professional, willing to go out of the way help us find what we need. Smitha and David were very accommodating and made recommendations while we perused the showroom. At the time that we did our kitchen countertop, we only had to buy what we needed (other companies have you pay for entire slabs). The measurement was detailed, questions were asked, and suggestions made. Installation was near perfect and they fixed the one or two areas that we thought needed a little more caulk. When we did a bathroom vanity, they found us remnants which were a much better price than new slabs. We ultimately went with a quartz that had to be ordered, however it arrived quickly and the turnaround was quick, about a week and a half. Measurement was well done and detailed. There was a hiccup or two with water and delivery, but installation was smooth. Fabrication: We actually would have preferred less of an overhang around the bathroom sink edges, I'm not sure if that got lost in communications, however I didn't remind them and we have more overhang than we wanted. In the end it might actually have worked out better because the edges of the sink are rounded, so a bit over overhang is required to hide the raw edges from showing. Drilling faucet holes: Celerino was great about communicating that because they did it in our driveway and it was raining a bit, some white dust might get on our black car. However, after drilling out the faucet holes, the leftover plugs were left in the driveway and grass. I found them, so that was fine. But if we had mowed over them with a lawnmower I don't think the lawnmower would have been happy. Installation:I would say the caulk between the bathroom sink and countertop, and between the countertop and vanity, is not as smooth as I would have preferred. There were two peaks of silicone that I had to smooth out after they left. When they did our kitchen countertops the caulking was much smoother all around.
