I had a good experience delivering here but i noticed that delivery takes a lot faster then pickup.You pull in and park at any open door except for 17-23. Go inside, check in on the computer and wait.I was in and out within 1 hour and people working are nice!

This is a busy, busy place. If you don’t have an appointment DO NOT park at docks 17-23. Those are by appointment docks.When you arrive wait for a dock to open, then pull in to open dock. Go inside and sign in on computer. Make sure the computer says “ you have successfully signed in, it will also send you a text message when completed.Be prepared to wait. This is my second time here. There were 10 drivers in front of me. The woman who helped was Ana was really helpful and nice to me.Thank you

I want to share my negative experience with the warehouse. We invested thousands in products and shipping. Upon the shipment's arrival in Chicago, the pickup process turned out to be disappointing. Despite expecting a professional experience, we faced 4 hours of waiting and encountered rude employees. This review feels insufficient; I plan to file complaints with Turkish Airlines and Qatar Airways to express my dissatisfaction. Additionally, I'll advise my vendors to avoid these airlines due to their association with this problematic warehouse. The extended wait of 4 hours and 30 minutes for 10 boxes felt akin to a prison-like experience.

I'm not sure where these 5 star reviews are coming from - maybe paid? This has been the worst warehouse I've had to deal with. The staff is friendly enough but they're not very likely to get you the information you need as it seems that no one has any idea what's going on. They can't seem to tell you the dimensions or weights of the cargo they're handling, even telling the wrong heights on one occasion that caused an extra truck move and costs to our buyer.Additionally, their storage policy is extremely ambiguous and likely made that way to squeeze the most cash out of the paypigs unlucky enough to use their warehouse. 24 hours free time is absurd, especially when you can't get straight answers from any of the staff including management for HOURS. I would recommend never booking any cargo airlines that use AGI in Chicago - namely Qatar, not sure who else runs through this place.

WOREST COMPANY TO EVER PICK UP A LOAD FROM!! My appt was at 11, Check in at 11. The employe and so called manager JACOB has NO respect for Drivers. After waitiing for more than 4 hours to get loaded, I checked back to see what is going and confronted with bad attitude. I requested for manager and he was as bad as the employe. They called a cop on me just because I asked to get loaded. Never ever waste your time here if you care about your time and are owner op trying to make a buck with this market ????

I am posting this as I am waiting in line, I've been here 4 hours so far and there are zero restroom areas available to ppl waiting to pick up loads. People have been waiting so long that they have gone and bought fold out chairs to sleep in cause this company is famous for taking 6-8 hours to complete, avoid this company at all costs it's not worth your time , you would be better off wasting a day at home. By far the worst company in this business. Absolutely abhorrent.

This owner of this trucking company ( Magic transportation INC ) they work for (Longo warehouse 1055 sesame St, Franklin park) the owner his name Quan he called by Tony and his son Harry they are a big scam at the airport, all what they do is cutting the line on the other drivers who are sitting for long hours by giving money to the forklift drivers and Zelle money to the office workers to push the freight in their trailers first, as a truck drivers this is over beyond the regulation of the airport and not acceptable, as drivers we wish AGI take some actions against this behavior
