Today 2:25 PM came in to get gas and mini tacos because the 7-Eleven app told me I could order some there with a promo. The guy said they didn’t have any ready. I said no problem I’ll wait he said the machines off it will take up to one hour. I said one hour. He said yes it takes one hour. Sorry. I find this very hard to believe considering I can order it online in there app and it doesn’t say 1 hour wait. F This Place! I’ve had nothing but constant issues with the staff here. They never have anything available, my car almost slid into a pump because they had no salt down after a blizzard even though there was salt in a bag in front of the building they watched me slide. This is the worst 7-Eleven in the state. Highly suggest, staying away!

Pumped my gas, next day noticed $175 charged to my card. This happened to my coworker at same gas station, $900 gone. She reported to Elk Grove Police and apparently similar unauthorized charge to an officer’s wife occurred from same station. I do not trust their pumps, they obviously have card readers attached and they keep getting away with stealing money. Always check your statements!

So we’re just kicking it by the pump suiting in the car with friends standing outside with a sign up saying be back in 15mins. Like it’s 1am just got off work and female just trying to pay cash for gas and they see me standing here waiting in the cold! Really??
