“My wife and I happened to be stopped by here on August 21, 2017. Yes, that was when the last total solar eclipse happened in the U.S., folks there gave us two pairs of eclipse glasses for free and we watched the totality together. We kept them as a precious memory, and very glad that we are going to use them again in 4 days! Although we cannot make the trip back to the same place on April 8 this year, we wish you all the best and hope that you will also enjoy the total solar eclipse this time as well!”
“We stopped at this Sinclair gas station in Elizabethtown Illinois..Little did I know the amazing lunch me and my wife would have at this little lunch counter in the gas station...the lady serving food her name was Michelle (Mimi) ..I only got her name because the food was so amazing... My wife has fried fish I had teriyaki chicken with rice...hands down the most amazing food. I asked the lady who cooked this food and she said it was her...for some little outta the way place to have food of this caliber blew my mind AND it was fresh catch fish..5 stars all the way around and the talent in that kitchen is far better then most restaurants I've been too...”
