After a lifetime of using Walgreens as my go to pharmacy, this is the location that made me break the cycle. Horrible service, rude attitude, randomly will be temporarily closed now and then, and they might screw up your medication order and take no responsibility.
I hate them with a passion.

Pharmacy does a wonderful job however, I agree with another review The cashiers need training in customer service. These younger people lack customer service due to the lack of conversation in front of others. Their way of communication is via text messaging and other social media sites. I've found this to be true in Walgreens. The Manager is a wonderful lady and will go out of her way to help. It's the problem with the cashiers.``

Pharmacy lady was rude and hung up on me when I asked a simple COVID testing question. She stated she knows nothing and they are just using their parking lot and hung up... how embarrassing for Walgreens to have someone like this working for them. Never had a bad experience with Walgreens till today

Ever since the homeless dudes stopped hanging around it's been your standard Walgreens. Cashiers are friendly, but one of the young guys in the pharmacy got a tongue lashing from me when he was rediculously unprofessional.

This pharmacy is by far the worst possible in all categories. Horrible service, longest lines, rudest employees! Why would you choose to work in this field if you have no compassion and hate people. I usually don't give bad reviews but they are so horrible I had to.

SLOWEST WALGREENS PHARMACY ON EARTH!! Every single time I'm here it's an absolute nightmare. Waiting for extremely long periods of time, pharmacists/staff ignore you completely and are not friendly whatsoever

Pharmacy staff on Villa st are always rude and unwilling to help not to mention they never open on time. All other Walgreens pharmacy staff at the Larkin Ave and summit st. locations are phenomenally great.
