Had to get Sim card replaced after upgrading to new plan. The tech point out that the plan sold to me had 4 add ons I did not approve of. He gave me the advice I needed to call in .

Don't really help the customers when it comes to replace the broken screen protectors for 64$. They will find an excuse to not replace your screen protector, because you did not sent the right code to te right email. And yes, i brought receipt and the box from the life time screen protector but still did not work.

i came in about a week ago with questions and left completely satisfied all thanks to Javier. not only was he able to help walk me thru each step but he also helped me get the best deal and his customer service is out of this world! he is kind, a great worker and went above and beyond to make sure i left happy, and i definitely did! Thank you so much for all your help Javy, i am so satisfied with your service and happily typing this on my new device! 11/10 for Javier, he deserves a raise!

Purchased a new I Phone 14 and several accessories. Employees very helpful until I came back in with a faulty lighting cord. I was told that I would have to contact the manufacturer directly for replacement, MWORKSPRODUCTS.COM. I voiced my displeasure that I could not just exchange for a new one. As expected, I sent a few e-mails without a single response, I am out $34.99 plus tax that I paid for the cable. In my quest for an exchange I found that this location is a Verizon Authorized dealer and not a company store. The dealer name is Victra and in my opinion they misrepresented themselves as a Verizon company store. If they were a company store, I think this would have gone as it should with me getting a new lighting cord. This is not a good look for Verizon either.

Staff was friendly and helpful replacing my lost/stolen phone which brings a whole mess of problems since every app nowadays wants to send 2nd level verification to your phone... which you don't have. Marco did a great job working through the tangled web and getting me set back up.
