First of all whoever that man with the earrings working there who got a bad lil attitude needs to reevaluate his career path. He was not only rude but he wants to make slick little comments. i wanted to drop off a small package and also purchase packing tape. I let him know i wanted to do so, he says “i can just ring it as one transaction” and i say “okay that’s fine” he proceeds to blank stare at me for 5 seconds, shake his head and say “whatever we’ll just do 2 separate transactions” so i then say “um alright” and he shakes his head and as im taping my envelope down which took 2 seconds he says “see this is what i tried to avoid because now you’re holding up the line” and i then say “okay well i said it was fine to do 1 whole transaction you decided to say no and ring it as 2” he laughs and shakes his head i ask for my receipt and i left. He was WAY too grown to be acting that way.

$1800 phone, being returned to AT&T was stolen in this facility. I strongly recommend not to ship anything of value through this post office, they know it. worst customer service ever and the attitude even worse. waited in line behind 6 people everyone was in 10 min before closing time line took long so by the time it hit 6pm he told everyone to leave bc he wasent taking anyone customers like seriously???? next time close the doors early if ur not gonna want to take customers

Terrible staff (talking about you Vince). I entered the store around 5:50pm (they close at 6) and proceed to wait in line behind 6+ people for 13 minutes without moving a SINGLE person because they had one worker (Vince). As Vince was helping a lady, he checked the time and told us that she was going to be the last costumer... Remember, all the people in line got INTO the Post Office BEFORE 6pm, yet he refused to take our packages because the clock was past their "closing time".One of the customers spoke up and Vince simply replied with "get here earlier next time". Customers patiently waiting in line shouldn't get kicked out of the Post Office because they were understaffed that day. Pathetic.

The employees here are wonderful, hard working people. The customers leaving 1 star reviews are most likely the same customers I see in line giving the employees attitude and being outright less than humanly decent towards them. The workers here certainly don’t get paid enough to deal with the BS they deal with on a regular basis. I regularly ship items having my own online pop up shop, and I have never had an unpleasant experience (I’m there probably twice a week). There is always self service if the line is longer than expected and its always super clean and professionally run! 10/10 experience always.

I was surprised to see the ratings so low. I've been regularly the last 6 months and service has been quick an friendly. They appear to be well staffed. Sure, occasionally there has only been one person at the window but I didn't have to wait more than 5-7 minutes.

If I could give this place ZERO stars I would. Right away the lady I spoke with had an attitude towards me. The same person I ordered from which they didn't have a problem delivering a week ago they had an issue delivering it today. and Instead of waiting till EOD or Next day to ship the item back they did so right away. HORRIBLE.
