I love Tuffy in Elgin! This is the ONLY place I will go. I've gone to other places, but Troy has always been honest with me and has looked out for us to save us money when other mechanics have tried to cheat us.
Even after moving nearly 50 miles away, I only trust Troy and his mechanics at Tuffy to touch our cars.

NEVER GO TO THIS PLACE. they are scammers i went in there for simple tire rotation and they broke 2 of my studs. on top of that they only have one guy running all over the place while the others just sit around doing nothing. professional scammers

Pleased with the work and service. However the credit card service charge from visa was passed on to me in the bill. DID NOT LIKE THAT. That is the merchant's cost of doing business.
