Jonathan was on time and very nice and had to order a leg replacement for my wheelchair. When Kavian came to put the leg on, he took time to show me how to adjust the legs if I needed to. I'm thankful for the great service.

Communication is terrible. You call with an issue and you get an overseas call center reading responses from a script on a screen. Ask them for a local number to talk to someone and they give you the number you called and it starts the entire process over of talking to someone who isn't capable of answering questions or solving problems.
* The SAGA continues. Adapt health billing is absolutely terrible. I get paper bills multiple times a month all with different amounts. The online balance is different than any of the paper bills received and then when you call and talk to the billing department they have a different amount. I don't know if it is the fault of total home health but more on the Adapt health side. I can't wait to own this machine outright and be done with Adapt. If you are considering doing business with them make sure to document all calls and have them send you paper copies of everything.

Rose was so helpful, and delightful to meet. She took time with me, and explained everything thoroughly. I was apprehensive about having to use a c-pap machine, and I left looking forward to trying it out.
