Oswaldo was really helpful! This is my first time dealing with CPAP equipment so I was nervous about navigating it. He was super nice and showed me how to use everything, explained policies, answered whatever questions I had. On top of that I was given documents in case I forgot anything. Great experience, and I feel a lot less nervous about starting sleep therapy now. Thanks again!

Called before coming to apartment. Gave me a clear range of arrival times. Patiently explained how use the oxygen concentrator and portable small tank oxygen canisters with trolley. He explained when to change tubing, using distilled water for the concentrator and gave us a sign to post on our door for emergency personnel, i.e. firemen.

I tried cpap for the very first time and I was a failure. I just am most comfortable (my back feels the best) sleeping on my stomach and I couldn’t do it. Anyway, Sarah was my advisor there. She was more than patient and kind. She knew her job thoroughly. I need to buy her a drink for putting up with me.Anyway, they are organized and have their act together. I’m just super mad at myself for failing. Thanks Sarah and you’re a tender hearted person who does care. Sorry I was a complete pita.
