“I live in Chicago and came out to see my parents and get my brakes and rotors done on my Civic Aka “ Little White Tiger” ??My first impression was satisfying , Theattention to detail was genuine, professional, and caring. One of the Patrick’s took care of me ( Pat with the glasses ?) funny guy by the way ….which made my service with them even better. Patrick took the time to explain everything to me in detail, I had allot of questions and he was very patient with me , lord knows I can talk …. He did and excellent job and put my mind at ease.I like the text messages with pictures of the work on the car and the ability to discuss recommendations and possible needs. I also had my brake fluid done along with new windshield wiper blades. All for a fair price …. For good service, it’s worth the drive …. “Very quick and even worked through their normal lunch break to mount 2 tires. We were losing light since we had to bring the tires up to Wisconsin. Normally they go to lunch around 1:00 p.m. and he told us they would be back at 2:00 but we said we really needed this and they made sure that we were accommodated. Out in 20 mins! 60 to mount 2 tires.”

“Have an 04 Pilot with a ton of miles....needless to say don't want to spend a lot on repairs. Called Boss and spoke with the owner Vic...did a diagnostic for 125 and identified the issues with the car. Told him I'd think about it and he said if I proceeded with any of the suggested repairs he'd deduct the 125 diagnostic fee from any work I decided to. Two weeks later decided to proceed with one of the repairs and all the work was done to my satisfaction and the bill showed exactly what Vic said he'd do.Would recommend to anyone in need of auto repair in the area.”

“I had tires installed here in early 2022, and it was rough. I was back this past weekend and the service has improved immensely! I had a 1PM appointment on a Sunday, it was done at 2PM. Everything was installed perfectly. However, service is still slightly subpar to proffesional shops. They don't put down floor coverings or seat coverings, resulting in marks on my seats. Luckily I have seat covers, a little more professionalism and attention to detail would be nice but I am glad they have improved as much as they have.”
