Terri Lynn Fundraising makes it very easy for an organization like the Plainfield Lions Club to place orders and sell their products at our fundraising events. The products basically sell themselves.

We have used this fundraiser for years with great success. People in our community begin asking for the nuts weeks before it's time for them to arrive. The quality is wonderful and the company is very easy to work with. Highly recommended!

OEMBA loves Terri Lynn fundraising. Super friendly and easy to do. The nuts and chocolate sells themselves. The dark chocolate cranberries and deluxe mixed nuts are AMAZING.

My GFWC club has been fundraising with Terri Lynn for years and will continue to do so. The staff is always friendly and efficient. Our orders are filled quickly, packed for safe delivery, and the order always flawless. All products are delicious, fresh, and just perfect. I love the added benefit of the recipes on the website. If you need a fundraiser with great product and adjustable profit margin, Terri Lynn is the answer.

What a wonderful company to do business with. The Manistique Women's Club has chosen Terri Lynn Candy & Nuts as our major fundraiser. The product is excellent and the customer service is outstanding. We always receive prompt answers to questions and concerns. We have done business with them for over 20 years. Our community members look forward to getting their candy and nuts in the fall. 1/19/24 This is an update to the review I left a month ago: As instructed, I reached out to Terri Lynn with my contact info. I received a call on 12/18/23 from Angie Psik who I understand is the Customer Service Supervisor. She said that I would be receiving a check for $32 or $33 and it should arrive by 12/31/23. The next day, I received a check for $12.20 (dated 12/14, before our phone conversation). No other check arrived. I contacted Angie on 1/5/24 and was told that the check was for the product that they never shipped. Problem is, they shorted me (go figure). I immediately let her know and asked that their CEO contact me. It's been two weeks and I have not heard a word from anyone. After reading this review, if you still choose to do business with them, I wish you luck! As for me, I'm now looking for a new supplier. It's a shame because their products are good but until they do a complete overhaul to their customer service and accounting processes, they will continue to lose customers. Thanks for taking time to read my story!I’ve ordered from Terri Lynn either directly or indirectly for about 20 years. I had been very happy with them (both product and customer service) until this year. Before placing my order, I called regarding the tax rate since I live in a state that has been dropping the rate on food items. They had no knowledge of a reduced tax rate so I went ahead and placed my order and sent my check in for the higher tax rate. I also sent the relevant page from my state’s publication regarding the tax reduction including the publication number in case they wanted to review the entire document along with a very nice note asking them to look into it. When I received my order, I saw that the pumpkin spice pecans were back ordered. Since I had not heard a word from them, I called to find out when they would be sent. I was told they would not be sent. I then asked if my refund had been issued and was told no. I asked that someone in charge call me back regarding both the refund and the sales tax issue. Didn’t hear from them so two weeks later I called again. Refund still had not been issued. I went through my story again and asked that someone call me so we could get this resolved. Again, no response. It has now been over two months since my order was placed and a month since I first reached out to them. They have all my contact info and have made zero attempts to contact me. I think it is time to say that I’ve ripped off. My next complaint will be to the Better Business Bureau. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY - they are not what they once were. So disappointing!

I've been reaching out for two years with no luck trying to order products and the one time I did speak to someone she was extremely rude and made it seem as if I could not afford the products. I used to love these products from my school years ago and wanted to support but I see I can't no matter how hard I try.

I've been these peanuts for years from a lady that was selling as a fund raiser. Well she didn't sell this year. I went online and found Terri Lynn. Called customer service placed an order and got charged a non candy tax and a freight charge because it was a personal purchase and not a fundraiser. Also I did buy candy. Will not purchase online again

Stopped at the factory outlet store (on site) and it was worth the stop. Nice lady told us about the factory and the products. We bought a few of the products and all were very good.

You can park the truck off to the side of the entrance. Don't park in the way because then you're just a j*** and the parking lot is kind of tight with other trucks there.They open sometimes at 630 sometimes at 8 o'clock AM. There is multiple businesses on-site here but only one shipping and receiving door.Their friendly and depending on the kind of load you have is how long it takes.They will unload early if you wait around long enough. An appointment is required and if you want unloaded early then just wait around.I don't know when they stop unloading because i've never been there at the end of the day.

I thought I'd found the best chocolate almonds and dove and Hershey. But these Terry Lynn almonds are the best I've ever had. I will stop by Elgin and grab them every time. The milk chocolate just melts in your mouth and it is so creamy. The nuts are fresh and toasted the way they should be.
