Went in to order 2 drinks and a cake pop at 4:58pm, walked out at 5:37pm. Waited almost 40 minutes but they didn't have a problem serving drive thru people.This was my 2nd time at this location and I must say THIS PLACE IS THE WORST Starbucks ever, NEVER AGAIN!!!

I know there’s many high quality local coffee shops around the area but love the convenience of not having to get down and going through the drive thru, hence why I go to Starbucks about 4x a week give or take.When paying for high quality products and service, the price does not really matter, however a girl named Alex should have called off this morning. Extremely poor service, super rude on the intercom, and hesitated with each item that my husband and I ordered. We always order a pup cup for our little dog but was told that I couldn’t order it on the intercom (again been here a bunch of times and this was new news for me).Alex met us at the window, again very short and cringy. Gave us the coffee without a sleeve and stopper…might as well have not placed a lid either lol when we asked for stoppers and sleeves..again there was hesitation as if this comes from her pocket.Alex gave out 99 cent service, worse than mcds service, at a place where decent customer service is expected with such prices. I’ll make the drive to the next closest Starbucks next time. Alex made mcds have state of the art customer service.

This morning (1/26) I went inside and the girl wearing pink with glasses is a little rude. She got my order wrong and I asked her nicely cause I paid extra for the things I want for my drink so of course I'm going to ask to correct it. But you can tell she got irritated. I could tell by her gestures but she should read the labels correctly in the first place.

Omg! Dawn made my day! She is such a ray of sunshine, always smiling and cracking jokes I just love her. She is the happiest person alive such a bundle of joy I’m sure anyone can tell. I can’t wait to see her next time !

Picked myself up a grande latte today. Paid $7. Cup felt light weight but I was late and didn’t have time to go inside store when I had a chance to look and open cup I couldn’t believe it dude! I got cheated! And latte was gross ? This location is wack! So much for wanting to treat myself ?????

By far the WORST Starbucks. The location is the worst spot to put a Starbucks in. They always make the drinks wrong and when you tell them it’s wrong they give you an attitude. They have the worst lines! Wait times are insane even for mobile orders.
