Nasty smelling gas station and dirty bathrooms. Felt dirtier leaving than I did entering.

Went thru 3 pump used 3 of my cards to pay and it kept saying see cashier but the cashier was useless he said it was my cards after pumping shell gas for 10 years I decided to give BP a shot and guess what it wasn't MY CARDS!

Stale cigarettes and worse customer service. Told me oh well you buy we don’t return or exchange not even the unopened pack.
