Kind woman but she showed she works for herself and not to please her customers. We were in the chair for about 20 mins to complete 2 tax returns. She was really in it to make her money and go to the next person. She didnt take her time in what worked best for the customer, all that showed was she wanted to get paid. We were giving all this information as far as a new home, school, daycare and it seemed as it was all brushed off. We paid $200 for 20 min of her rushed time. My fiance just knew that our returns weren't filled out right so we took them to Delahoya tax services with Maribel and of course to our belief we were shorted a few thousand. Now I know where I will be going from now on.
