Best Sam's Club I've been to. The experience was great, especially due to their employee Charlene. She was amazing, helpful and friendly. Sam's Club is lucky to have her. Keep up the great work!

Buy well! Eating something at the Café is crazy!!!! The laziest, slowest people, more than 40 minutes to buy something and the worst of the case, the Manager, she doesn't give a damn!!! Terrible!
Put Mexicans there to work and they get the job done in no time.

Sam’s club is a scam. How are you denying a transaction dispute when the transaction was not one I did but it’s showing up on my bank statement for April 6th but shows NO PURCHASE HISTORY on my Sam’s club app. How does $168 get charged on my card at YOUR club that’s members only!? The only transaction I did at your club was on April 5th of $105 for a pick up order! But was charged for that one along for the $168??? ’m not renewing my membership. Would rather go to your competitor after this whole headache your company has caused me.

They had a 15 minute presentation to get a free gift and the gift was a free bottle of cleaner when you purchase one ? waste of time and a scam
